Projekts: Auto koplietošanas platformas izveide

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir auto koplietošanas jeb carpooling uzņēmuma SIA Carpooly dibināšanas projekta izveide. Projekta ideja ir auto koplietošanas jeb carpooling uzņēmuma SIA Carpooly dibināšana, kas nodarbosies ar starpnieka funkciju auto koplietošanā iesaistīto pušu savešanā kopā. Uzņēmums nodrošinās virtuālu platformu savā mājaslapā un mobilajās aplikācijās, kur autovadītāji, kuri plāno veikt kādu noteiktu maršrutu, var publicēt savas brauciena detaļas un cilvēki, kuriem arī ir vēlme vai nepieciešamība veikt to pašu maršrutu un tajā pašā laikā, var caur mājaslapu rezervēt sēdvietu konkrētajā automobilī. Sēdvietu ir iespējams rezervēt apmaksājot brauciena vadītāja norādīto ceļojuma summu, ko iespējams veikt caur uzņēmuma platformu. Autovadītāji tādējādi ir spējīgi samazināt savas ceļojuma izmaksas, dalot tās ar citiem, bet pasažieriem tiek sniegta iespēja bieži vien ātrāk, ērtāk un dažreiz arī lētāk nokļūt vēlamajā galamērķī, nekā tas būtu iespējams ar alternatīviem ceļošanas veidiem. Uzņēmums piedāvās tās lietotājiem: •Publicēt braucienu detaļas •Aplūkot pieejamo braucienu klāstu •Rezervēt iespēju braukt sev vēlamajos braucienos •Norēķināties par braucieniem elektroniski •Novērtēt braucienu pieredzi, atstājot vērtējumus •Aplūkot potenciālo brauciena dalībnieku profilus, tajā skaitā vērtējumus un atsauksmes no citiem bijušajiem ceļot-biedriem. •Brauciena detaļu publicētājam jeb autovadītājam publicēt brauciena noteikumus, kuri jāievēro potenciālajam pasažieriem un potenciālajiem pasažieriem aplūkot tos, izvērtējot braucienu piedāvājuma klāstu. Uzņēmuma sniegtais pakalpojums ir unikāls Latvijā, jo līdz šim neviens uzņēmums Latvijas un Baltijas tirgū kopumā vēl nav piedāvājis vienotu carsharing platformu, kur cilvēkiem būtu iespējams vienuviet ērti un pārraugāmi aplūkot un izmantot šādas brauciena iespējas. Lai arī Baltijā šāda platforma vēl netiek piedāvāta, citās Eiropas valstīs jau sen pastāv un ļoti veiksmīgi darbojas šāda tipa platformas, kā arī strauji attīstās dalīšanās jeb koplietošanās nozare kopumā, kas stimulē arī strauju carsharing nozares attīstību kopumā. Uzņēmuma ir iespēja izmantot pirmā ienācēja sniegtās priekšrocības un nostiprināties kā de facto galvenajam carpooling pakalpojumu nodrošinātājam. Projekts ir aktuāls, jo, kā jau minēts, šobrīd šādi pakalpojumi Baltijas tirgū vēl netiek piedāvāti no neviena uzņēmuma puses. Ļoti svarīgs aktualitātes faktors ir arī uzņēmuma pakalpojuma izmantošanas ekoloģiskais aspekts – šādu pakalpojumu izmantošana palīdz efektīvāk un lietderīgāk aizpildīt automašīnas, dodot iespēju samazināt tukšās sēdvietas. Mašīnu lietderīgāka izmantošana samazina nepieciešamo mašīnu daudzumu uz ceļiem, kas savukārt samazina kopējo mašīnu atstāto CO2 izmešu daudzumu atmosfērā. Šo izmešu samazināšana iet roku rokā ar Latvijas, kā arī pārējo Baltijas valstu apņemšanos Eiropas Zaļā kursa ietvaros kļūt par klimatneitrālām valstīm.

The subject of the master’s thesis is the creation of the business plan for the company Carpooly LTD. The project idea is the founding of the carpooling company, Carpooly LTD, which will deal with the role of intermediary in the connecting process of the parties involved in car sharing. The company will provide a virtual platform on its webpage and mobile applications, where drivers who plan to take a particular route can publish their journey details and people who also have a desire or need to take the same route at the same time can book a seat in that car through the webpage. It is possible to reserve the seat by paying the travel amount specified by the driver, which can be carried out through the company platform. Drivers are thus able to reduce their travel costs by dividing them with others, but passengers are often given the opportunity to get to their preferred destination more quickly, more comfortably and sometimes cheaper than they could by using alternative ways of travelling. The company will offer to the users to: •Publish journey details •Take a look at the available range of trips •Reserve the seat on your preferred trips •Pay for trips by electronic means •Rate the experience of trips, leaving ratings •Look at the profiles of potential participants, including their ratings and feedback from other former journeys. •Publish the driving rules to be followed by potential passengers and for the potential passengers to assess them when considering different journey options. The service provided by the company is unique in Latvia, because so far, no company in the Latvian and Baltic market as a whole has yet offered a single carsharing platform, where it would be easy for people to look at and take advantage of such travel opportunities in one place. Although such a platform is not yet available in the Baltic States, platforms of this type have long existed and are very successful in other European countries. The sharing industry as a whole is growing, which also stimulates the rapid development of the carsharing industry as a whole. The company has the opportunity to take advantage of the first entrant advantage and to strengthen itself as the de facto main provider of carpooling services in the region. The project is ongoing because, as has already been mentioned, such services are not yet offered on the Baltic market by any company. An important factor in the spotlight is also the ecological aspect of the use of the company's service: the use of such services helps to fill cars more efficiently and effectively, allowing for the reduction of empty seats. More efficient use of cars reduces the amount of machinery needed on the roads, which in turn reduces the total amount of CO2 emissions left by machines in the atmosphere. The reduction of these emissions goes hand in hand with the commitment of Latvia as well as the other Baltic States to become climate neutral countries under the European Green Course.
