Projekts: Uzņēmuma SIA "Stimuls S" izveidošana

Abstract

Maģistra darba ideja ir atvērt fizioterapijas privātpraksi un nodrošināt kvalitatīvus fizioterapijas pakalpojumus Salaspils un blakus novadu iedzīvotājiem. Uzņēmums SIA “Stimuls S” nav jāreģistrē Valsts ieņēmumu dienesta Pievienotās vērtības nodokļa maksātāja reģistrā, jo sniegtie pakalpojumi pieder pie profesionālās rehabilitācijas pakalpojumiem, kuriem PVN netiek piemērots. Dibinot sabiedrību pamatkapitāls tiks apmaksāts tikai naudā. Uz dibināšanas brīdī uzņēmuma SIA “Stimuls S” pamatkapitāls būs 30 000,00 EUR, kas tiks segts no abu īpašnieku privātajiem naudas līdzekļiem. SIA “Stimuls S” pamatkapitāls tiks sadalīts 3000 daļās, kur katram īpašniekam piederēs 1500 daļas jeb 50% no uzņēmuma kapitāldaļām. Pamatkapitāls tiks atvēlēts pamatlīdzekļu un apgrozāmo līdzekļu iegādei, mārketinga izdevumiem, remontdarbiem un neplānotiem izdevumiem. Tiek plānots, ka SIA “Stimuls S” saimniecisko darbību uzsāks 2022.gada 1.jūlijā, savukārt apmeklētājiem pakalpojumi būs pieejami no 2022.gada 1.septembra. SIA “Stimuls S” ieņēmumus veidos uzņēmuma piedāvātie sporta ārsta, fizioterapeita un masiera pakalpojumi un dalība ES veselības veicināšanas projektos. Pirmajā darbības mēnesī uzņēmums sniegs 252 pakalpojumus. Tiek plānots, ka investējot marketingā, pieņemot darbinieku, stiprinot sadarbību ar pašvaldību un sporta skolu, pieprasījums pēc pakalpojumiem katru gadu pieaugs. SIA “Stimuls S” 2022.gadā plānotie ieņēmumi sastādīs 22 952,00 EUR un 2023.gadā uzņēmuma ieņēmumi pieaugs līdz 82 464,00 EUR. 2024.gadā kopējie plānotie ieņēmumi palielināsies par 40,04% un 2025.gadā par 53,46% salīdzinot ar iepriekšējo gadu un sastādīs 177 220,00 EUR. Mazākais ieņēmumu procentuālais pieaugums uzņēmumam būs novērojams vasaras pirmajos divos mēnešos un gada sākumā. Analizējot uzņēmuma peļņas vai zaudējumu aprēķinu, darba autors prognozē, ka pirmos divus darbības gadus uzņēmums noslēgs ar zaudējumiem. 2022.gadā plānotie zaudējumi sastādīs 14 212,00 EUR un 2023.gadā 4 615,00 EUR. Uzņēmējdarbības sākumā uzņēmumam rodas vislielākie zaudējumi, jo saimnieciskās darbības uzsākšanai ir nepieciešams iegādāties nepieciešamo inventāru, uztaisīt prasībām atbilstošu remontu, jāinvestē mārketinga pakalpojumos un jāizmaksā darba algas. Sākot ar otro darbības gadu uzņēmuma ieņēmumu palielinājumu sekmēs izdevumu pieaugums, jo pieaugs ārpakalpojumu izmaksas, komunālo pakalpojumu un sākot ar 2024.gada septembri telpu nomas izmaksas. Savukārt 2024. un 2025.gads tiks noslēgts ar 8 045,00 EUR un 43 627,00 EUR lielu peļņu, jo palielinot mārketinga izmaksas un nodarbinot vēl vienu darbinieku pieaugs arī uzņēmuma apgrozījums.

The company Ltd. “Stimuls S” does not need to be registered in the State Revenue Service Value Added Taxpayer Register, as the provided services belong to vocational rehabilitation services, which are not subject to VAT. When establishing a company, the share capital will be paid only in cash. At the time of establishment, the share capital of the company Ltd. “Stimuls S” will be EUR 30,000.00, which will be covered from the private funds of both owners. The share capital of Ltd. “Stimuls S” will be divided into 3,000 shares, where each owner will own 1,500 shares or 50% of the company's shares. The share capital will be used for the purchase of fixed assets and current assets, marketing expenses, repairs, and unplanned expenses. It is planned that Ltd. “Stimuls S” will start operating on July 1st, 2022nd, while services will be available to visitors from September 1st, 2022nd. The income of Ltd. “Stimuls S” will consist of the services of a sports doctor, physiotherapist and masseur offered by the company and participation in EU health promotion projects. In the first month of operation, the company will provide 252 services. It is planned that by investing in marketing, hiring an employee, strengthening cooperation with the municipality and the sports school, the demand for services will increase every year. The planned revenue of Ltd. “Stimuls S” in 2022nd will amount to 22,952.00 EUR and in 2023rd the company's revenue will increase to 82,464.00 EUR. In 2024th, the total planned revenue will increase by 40.04% and in 2025th by 53.46% compared to the previous year and will amount to EUR 177,220.00. The smallest percentage increase in revenue for the company will be observed in the first two months of summer and at the beginning of the year. Analyzing the company's profit or loss statement, the author predicts that the company will close the first two years of operation with a loss. The planned losses in 2022nd will amount to EUR 14,212.00 and in 2023rd to EUR 4,615.00. At the beginning of the business, the company incurs the biggest losses, because to start a business it is necessary to purchase the necessary equipment, make repairs in accordance with the requirements, invest in marketing services and pay salaries. Starting from the second year of operation, the increase in the company's revenue will be facilitated by an increase in expenses, as the costs of outsourcing, utilities and starting from September 2024th will increase the costs of renting premises. In turn, the years 2024th and 2025th will be closed with a profit of EUR 8,045.00 and EUR 43,627.00, because by increasing marketing costs and employing another employee, the company's turnover will also increase.
