Mugurkaula jostas daļas magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējuma attēlu kvalitātes kritēriji starpskriemeļu disku patoloģijas gadījumā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “ Mugurkaula jostas daļas magnētiskās rezonanses izmeklējuma kvalitātes kritēriji starpskriemeļu disku patoloģijas gadījumā – literatūras un vadlīniju analīze”. Aktualitāte - mugurkaula jostas daļas izmeklējumi ir vieni no visvairāk veiktajiem izmeklējumiem, bet, diemžēl, bieži sastopami izmeklējumi, kas veikti nekorekti, līdz ar to pētījums tika veikts minēto izmeklējumu kvalitātes kritēriju apzināšanas aktualizācijai. Darbs sastāv no ievada, četrām nodaļām un deviņām apakšnodaļām, kā arī secinājumiem un desmit pielikumiem. Bakalaura darba mērķis - noskaidrot mugurkaula jostas daļas atbilstošā protokola sekvenču pielietošanas iespējas magnētiskajā rezonansē - starpskriemeļu disku patoloģijas gadījumā. Pētījuma metode: literatūras un vadlīniju analīze, anonīmo respondentu anketēšana. Pētījuma instruments: izmeklējuma protokols, anonīma aptaujas anketa. Bakalaura darba teorētiskajā daļā tika apkopota informācija par mugurkaula jostas daļas normālo anatomiju un magnētiskās rezonanses anatomiju, par mugurkaula jostas daļas starpskriemeļu disku patoloģisko izmaiņu raksturojumu un to diagnostikas iespējām, kā arī izmeklējumu kvalitātes kritērijiem, proti, pacienta sagatavošanas, pozicionēšanas nosacījumiem, izmeklējumu protokoliem un MR izmeklējumu attēlu kvalitātes kritērijiem un kvalitāti ietekmējošajiem faktoriem. Bakalaura darba pētījuma daļa tika veikta, pielietojot kvantitatīvo un kvalitatīvo pētījuma metodi, tas ir, balstoties uz literatūras un vadlīniju analīzi, teorētisko pamatojumu, kur tika apkopota informācija par mugurkaula jostas daļas pielietoto sekvenču protokolu analīzi - starpskriemeļu disku patoloģijas izmeklējumiem magnētiskajā rezonansē, kā arī anonīmās aptaujas anketas izveide. The theme of the Bachelor Thesis is “Magnetic Resonance Image Quality Criteria for Lumbar Spine in the Case of Intervertebral Disc Pathology – The Analysis of Literature and Guidelines”. The relevance of the topic: lumbar spine examinations are one of the most often performed medical investigations, however, they are rather often performed incorrectly; taking into consideration this fact, the study was conducted to emphasize the importance of identification of magnetic resonance image quality criteria for performing these examinations. The Bachelor Thesis consists of the introduction, four chapters and nine subchapters, as well as conclusions and ten supplements. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to specify the possibilities of using suitable lumbar spine protocol sequences in magnetic resonance imaging in the case of intervertebral disc pathology. The research method: the analysis of literature and guidelines, an anonymous survey of respondents. The instrument of the research: an examination protocol and anonymous questionnaire. In the theoretical part of the Bachelor’s paper, the information about the anatomy of the normal lumbar spine and the anatomy of magnetic resonance, the characteristics of pathological changes in the lumbar intervertebral discs and their diagnostic possibilities, as well as about the quality criteria of the medical examination, including patient preparation, positioning conditions, examination protocols, and magnetic resonance image quality criteria and the factors affecting the quality, has been summarized. The empirical part of the bachelor’s thesis was performed using quantitative and qualitative research method, i.e., based on literature analysis and guidelines, theoretical summary, which summarized the analysis of lumbar spine sequencing protocols for intervertebral disc pathology examinations by magnetic resonance imaging, questionnaire analysis.
