Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Kreisā krūts dziedzera vēža pacientu sagatavošanas protokols staru terapijai ar datortomogrāfijas metodi. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka svarīgi izprast visus nosacījumus pareizai pacientu sagatavošanai, nepieciešamā aprīkojuma, procedūru darbības un pamatojuma nozīmei, rekomendācijam pēc izmeklējuma periodam, kas palīdzēs radiogrāferiem ikdienas darbā, sagatavojot un izglītojot pacientes, veicot viņam kvalitatīvus krūts dziedzera staru terapijas izmeklējumus. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kreisā krūts dziedzera vēža pacientu sagatavošanas protokolu staru terapijai. Darbā tiek veikta literatūras analīze par krūts dziedzera anatomiju, krūts dziedzera vēža patoloģisko anatomiju, diagnostiku un ārstēšanas metodēm, staru terapiju un staru terapijas posmiem, krūts dziedzera vēža pacientu sagatavošanu staru terapijas procedūrām ar datortomogrāfijas metodi un pielietojamo protokolu. Bakalaura darba ietvaros, darba autors, veic aptauju radiogrāferiem, strādājošiem staru terapijā Latvijas lielākajās slimnīcās. Pamatojoties uz teorētiskajā daļā analizēto literatūru un pētījuma iegūtājām respondentu atbildēm, tiek izstrādāts kreisā krūts dziedzera vēža sagatavošanas protokols staru terapijai ar datortomogrāfijas metodi un izdarīti secinājumi. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 41 lapa. Darbs sastāv no 3. nodaļām, 9. apakšnodaļām un 9. diagrammām.

Bachelor's thesis – Preparation protocol in radiotherapy for patients of left breast gland cancer with the CT method. The relevance of the topic is determined by the importance of proper conditions for corresponding preparation of patients, the signifficance of related equipment, understanding corresponding manipulations and justification of the procedures, recommendations for the post-examinational period - that is all will be of great assistance for the radiographers in their daily work, preparing and educating patients to perform quality breast radiotherapy examinations. The aim of this work is to clarify the protocol of preparation of left breast cancer patients for radiotherapy. The Bachelor's thesis includes literature analysis of the anatomy of the breast, types of breast cancer, classification, diagnosis and treatment methods, radiotherapy, radiotherapy phases, and radiotherapy treatment methods, preparation of breast cancer patients for radiotherapy procedures with computer tomography and the protocol to be applied. As a part of the Bachelor's thesis, the author will conduct a survey on radiographic radiotherapy in Latvia's largest hospitals and will draw up a preparation protocol in radiotherapy for patients of left breast gland cancer with the CT method, and will be drawn conclusions. The Diploma paper is written on 41 pages. Bachelor's thesis includes 3 section, 9 subsection and 9 diagrams.
