Mamogrāfijas attēlu kvalitātes kritēriju izvērtējums un korelācija ar pacientu diskomforta līmeni izmeklējuma laikā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Mamogrāfijas attēlu kvalitātes kritēriju izvērtējums un korelācija ar pacienta diskomforta līmeni izmeklējuma laikā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka augstie saslimstības rādītāji ar krūts vēzi sieviešu populācijā un tendence izlaist kārtējo rutīnas mamogrāfiju, kas nodrošina agrīnu krūts vēža diagnostiku, kā iemeslu visbiežāk norādot sāpīgu izmeklējumu pamatojoties uz iepriekšēju pieredzi. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kvalitatīva attēla kritērijus veicot mamogrāfijas izmeklējumu un veikt to korelāciju ar pacienta diskomforta līmeni izmeklējuma laikā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, 4 nodaļām un 8 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem un četriem pielikumiem. Teorijas daļā analizēta un apkopota informācija par krūts anatomiju un fizioloģiju, krūts vēzi un krūts vēža skrīninga programmu un mamogrāfijas izmeklējuma protokolu, kas ietver pacienta aprūpi izmeklējuma laikā, standartprojekciju izpildījumu un attēla kvalitātes kritērijus. Pētnieciskajā daļā ir izmantota prospektīva pētījuma metode veicot pacientu aptauju par izmeklējuma laikā justo diskomforta līmeni un retrospektīva datu analīze veicot mamogrāfijas attēlu izvērtējumu. Rezultātā veikta iegūto datu korelāciju starp attēla kvalitātes kritērijiem un pacienta justo diskomforta līmeni izmeklējuma laikā. Izvirzītā hipotēze: kvalitatīvi veikta mamogrāfijas izmeklējuma laikā pacients neizjūt augstu diskomforta līmeni pētījuma rezultātā tikusi apstiprināta. Darbā ir analizēti 37 literatūras avoti un darbs sastāv no 50 lappusēm.

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Evaluation of mammography image quality criteria and correlation with the patient's level of discomfort during the examination". The importance of the topic is determined by the high incidence of breast cancer in the female population and the tendency to skip routine mammography, which provides early diagnosis of breast cancer, the most common reason mentioned a painful examination based on previous experience. The aim of the study is to determine the criteria for a qualitative mammography examination and to correlate it with the patient's level of discomfort during the examination. The bachelor's thesis consists of an introduction, 4 chapters and 8 subsections, conclusions and 4 appendices. The theoretical part analyzes and summarizes information about breast anatomy and physiology, breast cancer and breast cancer screening program in Latvia and mammography examination protocol, which includes patient care during the examination, execution of standard projections performance and image quality criteria. The research part uses a prospective research method - a survey of 50 patients about the level of discomfort experienced during the investigation and retrospective analysis of data, evaluating mammography images. The resulting data were correlated between the image quality criteria and the patient's level of discomfort during the study. Hypothesis “In a qualitative mammography examination, the patient does not feel high discomfort or pain” was approved. There was analyzed 37 literature sources and bachelor consists of 50 pages.
