Abstract

Mugurkaula jostas daļas sāpes mūsdienās ir ļoti aktuālas, tās skar 65% - 80% no pasaules populācijas. Viens no šo sāpju būtiskiem cēloņiem ir starpskriemeļu disku patoloģisks process, kas liedz cilvēkam pilnvērtīgi realizēt ikdienas plānus. Lai precīzi varētu diagnosticēt saslimšanu, ir nepieciešams veikt diagnostiskās radioloģijas izmeklējumus, kuri ļauj izvērtēt kermeņa daļas stāvokli. Bakalaura darba tēma “Datortomogrāfija mugurkaula jostas daļai starpskriemeļu diska patoloģijas gadījumā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis: noskaidrot mugurkaula jostas daļas, starpskriemeļu disku patoloģijas gadījumā, datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma kvalitātes kritēriju ievērošanu un to izpildi radiogrāfera darba praksē. Bakalaura darba teorētoskajā daļa tiek aprakstīta mugurkaula jostas daļas normāla anatomija un radioloģiskā anatomija, jostas daļas starpskriemeļu disku patoloģijas, izmeklējuma protokoli un datortomogrāfijas kvalitātes kritēriji.

One of the main causes of this pain is the pathological process of intervertebral discs, which prevents a person from fully realizing his daily plans. In order to accurately diagnose the disease, it is necessary to perform diagnostic radiological examinations, which allow to assess the condition of a part of the body. Radiography is often poorly informed to detect intervertebral disc abnormalities, so computed tomography is the preferred method. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is "Computed tomography of the lumbar spine in the case of intervertebral disc pathology". Aim of the bachelor's thesis: to find out the lumbar spine, in the case of intervertebral disc pathology, the observance and fulfillment of the quality criteria of the computed tomography examination in the work of a radiographer The theoretical part of the bachelor's thesis describes the normal anatomy and radiological anatomy of the lumbar spine, pathologies of the lumbar intervertebral discs, examination protocols and quality criteria for computed tomography.
