Abstract

Darba vides riski ir ļoti svarīga un aktuāla tēma mūsdienās, jo strauji ir mainījušās tehnoloģijas, izpratne par darba vides riskiem. Darba vietu modernizēšana, piemēram, datoru ieviešanu darba vietā un lielais pakalpojumu klāsts ko kompānijas cenšās sniegt klientiem, ir radījušas jaunas problēmas darba devējiem, kas saistās ar rūpēm par darbinieka veselību un labklājību darbā. Farmaceiti aptiekās ikdienā kontaktē ar dažādiem klientiem, konsultē tos, nodarbināti zāļu gatavošanā, medikamentu pakošanā. Tāpēc būtiska nozīme ir veselīgai un drošai darba videi, sākot ar datoru atbilstošu izvietojumu, līdz plauktu vieglai pieejamībai. Šī darba mērķis bija analizēt darba vides riskus farmaceitu darbā un to ietekmi uz darbaspējām un izstrādāt veselības veicināšanas pasākumus. Lai noskaidrotu rezultātus, šajā darbā tika veikta zinātniskās literatūras analīze, un tika veikta farmaceitu/ farmaceitu asistentu aptauja. Darba rezultāti, rāda, ka darba vides riski farmācijas nozarē ir daudz, no fisizkās slodzes līdz ķīmiskajiem un mentālajiem darba vides riskiem, kurus farmaceiti izjūt katru dienu.Izstrādāti veselības veicināšanas pasākumi aptiekās nodarbinātajiem.

Work environment risks are a very important and topical topic nowadays, because technologies and understanding of work environment risks have changed rapidly. The modernization of workplaces, such as the introduction of computers in the workplace and the wide range of services that companies strive to provide to customers, have created new challenges for employers in terms of employee health and well-being at work. Pharmacists in pharmacies are in daily contact with various customers, advising them, are employed in the preparation of drugs, and in the packaging of drugs. That's why a healthy and safe work environment is essential, from the proper placement of computers to easy access to shelves. The aim of this work was to analyse the risks of the work environment in the work of pharmacists and their impact on their work ability and to develop health promotion measures. In order to find out the results, an analysis of scientific literature was carried out in this work, and a survey of pharmacists / pharmacist's assistants was carried out. The results of the work show that the risks of the work environment in the pharmaceutical industry are many, from the physical load to the chemical and mental risks of the work environment that pharmacists experience every day. Health promotion measures for employees in pharmacies have been developed.
