Māsas darbības profilaktisko pasākumu nodrošināšanai ambulatorā praksē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Māsas darbības profilaktisko pasākumu nodrošināšanai ambulatorā praksē”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka sabiedrībā joprojām ir izplatītas saslimšanas, kuras būtu iespējams novērst laikus, vēršoties ambulatorā praksē un veicot profilaktiskos pasākumus. Latvijā ir nepieciešams vairāk aktualizēt profilaktiskos pasākumus, jo pēc statistikas datiem var secināt, ka sabiedrības atsaucība uz šiem izmeklējumiem ir ļoti zema. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot māsas darbības profilaktisko pasākumu nodrošināšanai ambulatorā praksē. Bakalaura darba uzdevumi: analizēt literatūru par māsas darbībām profilaktisko pasākumu nodrošināšanai; analizēt Betijas Ņūmenas teoriju saistībā ar pētījumu; izveidot pētnieciskā darba instrumentu – intervijas jautājumus; intervēt māsas ambulatorā praksē; apkopot un analizēt rezultātus; izstrādāt secinājumus. Pētījuma jautājumi: 1.Kā notiek profilaktisko pasākumu organizācija ambulatorā praksē? 2.Kādas ir galvenās māsas darbības profilaktisko pasākumu nodrošināšanā? Pētniecības metode: kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode. Pētniecības instrumenti: daļēji strukturēti intervijas jautājumi, pēc kuriem tika veikta kontentanalīze. Pētījuma rezultāti: apkopojot interviju rezultātus, tika secināts, ka galvenokārt māsas ambulatorā praksē nodrošina ar dezinfekciju saistītus profilaktiskus pasākumus, kā arī rūpējas par vides tīrību un pacientu uzraudzību.

The theme of the Bachelor's Thesis is "Nursing activities for ensuring preventive measures in outpatient practice". The purpose of this work is determined by the fact that diseases are still widespread in society, which could be prevented by outpatient practice and preventive measures. In Latvia, it is necessary to update preventive measures, such as cancer screenings, because according to statistical data it can be concluded that the public response to these examinations is very low. The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is to find out the activities of the nurse to provide preventive measures in outpatient practice. Tasks of the research: to analyze the literature on nursing activities for the provision of preventive measures; to analyze Betty Newman's theory in connection with research; prepare a research work tool - interview questions; to interview nurses in outpatient practice; summarize and analyze the results; draw conclusions. Research questions: 1. How is the organization of preventive measures in outpatient practice? 2. What are the main activities of a nurse in providing preventive measures? Research method: qualitative research method. Research tools: semi-structured interview questions followed by content analysis. Results of the research: Summarizing the results of the interviews, it was concluded that mainly nurses in outpatient practice organize preventive measures related to disinfection, as well as take care of the cleanliness of the work environment and supervision of patients.
