Abstract
Mūsdienās daudzi cilvēki saskaras ar stresu un trauksmi sakarā ar darbu, mācīšanas vai citiem iemesliem.Bakalaura darba mērķis bija noskaidrot iedzivotāju stressa un trauksmes iemeslus, kā arī noskaidrot vispieprasītākos recepšu nomierinošus līdzekļus. Tika izmantota kvalitatīva pētniecības metode – anketēšana. Tika noskaidrots, ka galvenie stresa faktori respondentiem ir darbs, mācības un Covid-19 pandēmijas apstākļi.
 
Today, many people experience stress and anxiety due to work, teaching, or other reasons. The aim of the bachelor's work was to find out the reasons for the stressors and alarm, and to find out the most appropriate means of reassuring the prescriptions. A qualitative research method - questionnaire - was used. It was found that the main stressors for respondents are work, teaching and the Covid-19 pandemic situation.
