Māsu noslodze Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā intensīvās terapijas nodaļā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Māsu noslodze Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā intensīvās terapijas nodaļā”. Pētījuma darba tēmas izvēle tika balstīta to, ka Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā tieši intensīvās terapijas nodaļas ir īpaši noslogotas. Milzīgais pandēmijas slogs gulstas tieši uz māsu pleciem. Tas ieviesa nopietnas korekcijas gan māsu darba ritmā, gan ikdienas dzīvē. Pētījuma mērķis ir novērtēt māsu noslodzi Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir māsu noslodze Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā intensīvās terapijas nodaļā? Pētījums tika veikts vienā no Latvijas X universitātes slimnīcām. Pētniecības darba mērķa sasniegšanai tiks pielietots kvalitatīvs pētījums. Kā pētījuma instruments tiek izvēlēta intervija. Pētījumā gaitā tika intervētas 10 ITN māsas, kuras ir tieši iesaistītas Covid-19 pacientu aprūpē. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina ka noslodze Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā ITN māsām ir liela. Ir pārslodze. Bachelor thesis topic is “Nursing workload during the Covid-19 pandemic in the intensive care unit”. Research topic was chosen on the basis that intensive therapy care units are particularly busy during the time of Covid-19 pandemic. The enormous burden of the pandemic fell directly on nurses. This introduced serious corrections both for the nursing work rhythm as well as everyday life. Goal of the research is to evaluate the workload of nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic at intensive care unit. Research question: What is the workload of nurses during the Covid-19 pandemic at intensive care unit? Research was done at one of Latvian X university hospitals. Qualitative research method was used to obtain the goals of the research. Interviews were chosen as the research tool. During the interview 10 intensive care unit nurses were interviewed who are directly involved in Covid-19 patient care. Research results show that workload during the Covid-19 pandemic for intensive care unit nurses is high, they are overworked. Keywords: intensive care unit nurses, nurse workload, Covid-19 pandemic.
