Zarnu stomas pacientu izglītošana stacionārā pirms un pēc operācijas periodā
Abstract
Bakalaura darbs ”Zarnu stomas pacientu izglītošana stacionārā pirms un pēc operācijas periodā” izstrādāts ar mērķi izpētīt, kādas ir zarnu stomas pacientu izglītošana stacionārā pirms un pēc operācijas periodā. Pētījums veikts, izmantojot kvantitatīvo metodi – anketēšanu. Teorētiskajā daļā apskatīta stomas pacientu izglītošanas nozīme. Latvijā pastāvīgi pieaug cilvēku skaits, kuri ir pārdzīvojuši zarnas stomas izveides operāciju sakarā ar dažādām slimībām vai zarnu traumām. Ir nepieciešama pacientu izglītošana, jo pacienti pēc operācijas var justies stigmatizēti. Izvirzītā hipotēze: Nepietiekama stomas pacientu izglītošana noved pie tā, ka pacienti jūtas nemierīgi, šaubīgi un bezpalīdzīgi. Pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem var secināt, ka ir zems pirmsoperācijas izglītības līmenis un nepietiekams pēcoperācijas līmenis. Pacienti pēc izrakstīšanas var nejust sevi pārliecināti. The bachelor's thesis “Inpatient education of intestinal stoma patients before and after surgery” addresses the issue to investigate the impact of preoperative and postoperative patient’s education in hospital. The research was conducted using a quantitative research method – questionnaires by asking multiple survey questions. The theoretical part deals with the importance of stoma patient’s education. In Latvia the number of people after intestinal stoma surgery due to various diseases or intestinal injuries is constantly increasing. Education of patients is very important because a lot of patients feel stigmatized after surgery. Hypothesis: Insufficient education of intestinal stoma patients leads to patients feeling restless, hesitant and helpless. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the level of pre-operative education is low, and the level of postoperative education is insufficient.
