Pacientu aprūpe pēc sirds koronāro artēriju šuntēšanas operācijas agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Pacientu aprūpe pēc sirds koronāro artēriju šuntēšanas operācijas agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā”. Saslimstības rādītāji ar kardiovaskulārajām slimībām ir ļoti augsti visā pasaulē. Visbiežāk veiktā sirds operācija ir, lai novērstu koronārās sirds slimības komplikācijas, un ik gadu Sirds Ķirurģijas centrā tiek izdarītas ap 1100 sirds operācijas. Pacientu aprūpē pēc koronāro artēriju šuntēšanas operācijas māsas loma ir ļoti būtiska, kas nozīmē, ka māsai pacientam ir jānodrošina kvalitatīva pēcoperācijas aprūpe. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt pacientu aprūpi pēc sirds koronāro artēriju šuntēšanas operācijas agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā. Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darba mērķi, tika apskatīti un analizēti literatūras avoti par koronāro sirds slimību, koronāro artēriju šuntēšanas operāciju, pacientu aprūpi pēc koronāro artēriju šuntēšanas operācijas agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā, veikta pētniecības instrumenta izstrāde, apkopoti un analizēti intervijas dati, kā arī izdarīti secinājumi, balstoties uz iegūtajiem datiem un rezultātiem. Bakalaura darba pētījumā tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode ar intervijas jautājumiem. Kopumā tika intervētas 10 ķirurģiskās aprūpes māsas, kuras sniedza atbildes uz 11 intervijas jautājumiem. Bakalaura darba analītiskajā daļā tika veikta interviju kontentanalīze, analizējot intervijā iegūtos datus. No iegūtajiem pētījuma rezultātiem var secināt, ka māsas galvenās kompetences, aprūpējot pacientus pēc sirds koronāro asinsvadu šuntēšanas operācijas agrīnajā pēcoperācijas periodā, ir vitālo rādītāju un diurēzes kontrole, brūču stāvokļa un sāpju novērtēšana, pacientu izglītošana un aktivizēšana. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, sešām daļām, pētījuma rezultātiem, secinājumiem, izmantotās literatūras un pielikumiem. The topic of the bachelor’s thesis ir “Patient care in the early postoperative period of coronary artery bypass graft surgery”. The incidence of cardiovascular disease ir very high worldwide. The most common type of heart surgery is to prevent coronary heart disease and around 1,100 heart surgeries are performed at the Heart Surgery Centre each year. The role of the nurse in the care of patients after coronary artery bypass graft surgery is very important, which means that the patient needs to be provided with high quality postoperative care. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to care for patients after coronary artery bypass graft surgery in the early postoperative period. To achieve the goal of the bachelor’s thesis literature sources were reviewed and analysed about coronary heart disease, coronary artery bypass graft surgery and patient care in the early postoperative period of coronary artery bypass grafting, research tool development, data collection and analysis were reviewed and analysed. In the research of the bachelor’s thesis a qualitative method with interview questions were used. All 10 existing nurses were interviewed answering 11 interview’s questions. In the analytical part of the bachelor’s thesis a content analysis of the interview was performed, analysing the data obtained in the interview. From the results of the study, can be concluded that the nurse’s main competencies in caring for patients after coronary artery bypass graft surgery in the early postoperative period are vital signs and diuresis control, wound and pain assessment, and patient education and activation. The bachelor’s thesis consists of an introduction, six parts, conclusions of the research results, used literature and appendices.
