Ādas-ādas kontakta metodes ietekme uz priekšlaikus dzimušajiem bērniem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma “Ādas-ādas kontakta metodes ietekme uz priekšlaikus dzimušajiem bērniem”. Pētījuma mērķis: noskaidrot ādas-ādas kontakta metodes ietekmi uz priekšlaikus dzimušajiem bērniem. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir apskatīt un analizēt literatūru par ādas-ādas kontakta metodi, tās pielietošanu un ietekmi uz priekšlaicīgi dzimušo bērnu; analizēt K. Rojas māszinības teoriju par cilvēka adoptēšanu un spēt saistīt to ar savu bakalaura darbu; izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentus; atlasīt respondentus, veikt pētījumu par ādas-ādas kontakta metodes ietekmi uz priekšlaikus dzimušajiem bērniem; analizēt pētījuma datus un veikt secinājumus, sniegt priekšlikumus. Pētījuma jautājums: kā ādas-ādas kontakta metode ietekmē uz priekšlaikus dzimušiem bērniem? Pētījumā tika izmantota kvalitatīva pētījuma metode, un tika izstrādāti četri intervijas jautājumi un novērojuma protokols. Pētījumā piedalījās 5 respondenti, kuri atbildēja uz intervijas jautājumiem un 6 priekšlaikus dzimušie bērni – ekstrēmi un ļoti priekšlaikus dzimušie bērni ar elpošanas atbalstu – neinvazīva ventilācija. Balstoties uz novērojuma protokola iegūtiem datiem un respondentu sniegtām atbildēm, var secināt, ka ādas-ādas kontakta metode labvēlīgi ietekmē uz priekšlaikus dzimušo bērnu, jo šī metode palīdz bērnam justies droši, līdz ar to bērns kļūst mierīgāks, palīdz stabilizēt sirdsdarbību, elpošanu, uzlabo oksigināciju organismā, it īpaši ādas-ādas kontakta metodes pielietošanas laikā, veicina atbilstošu termoregulāciju un mazina stresu. Bakalaura darba apjoms: 55 lapas 6 tabulas 5 attēli 5 pielikumi 30 izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksts.

The Bachelor's work topic “Effect of skin-to-skin contact methods on premature babies’’. The aim of the study: To find out the effects of skin-to-skin contact methods on premature babies. The tasks of the study are to examine and analyze the literature on the skin-to-skin contact method, its application, and the effect on the premature baby; to analyze K. Roja's nursing theory of human adoption and be able to associate it with bachelor's work; develop research tools; select respondents, conduct a study on the effects of skin-to-skin contact method on premature babies; analyze research data and draw conclusions, make proposals. Study question: How does skin-to-skin contact method affect premature babies? The study used a qualitative study method, and four interview issues and observation protocol were developed. The study involved 5 respondents who answered interview questions and 6 premature babies- extreme and very premature babies with respiratory support- non-invasive ventilation. Based on the data obtained by the observation protocol and provided answers by respondents, it can be concluded that the skin-to-skin contact method has a beneficial effect on the premature baby, because this method helps the baby feel safe, so the baby becomes more relaxed, helps to stabilize heart rate, breathing, improves oxygenation in the body, especially during application of skin-to-skin contact methods, promotes appropriate thermoregulation and relieves stress. The study consists of 55 pages. It contains 6 tables, 5 Figures 5 appendices and 30 references.
