Abstract

Dzemdes kakla vēža skrīninga veikšanas atsaucības faktori. Bakalaura darbs. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka zema atsaucība dzemdes kakla vēža skrīninga īstenošanā. Latvijā kopš 2009. gada sievietēm vecumā no 25 līdz 75 gadiem valsts apmaksā dzemdes kakla vēža skrīningu. Reizi trijos gados sievietēm tiek nosūtīta uzaicinājuma vēstule ierasties uz dzemdes kakla vēža profilaktisko izmeklējumu. Tomēr tikai daļa sieviešu izmanto šo bezmaksas iespēju veikt onkocitoloģisko izmeklēšanu. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot kādi ir dzemdes kakla vēža skrīninga veikšanas atsaucības faktori, lai panāktu lielāku atsaucību dzemdes kakla vēža skrīninga programmai. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir veikt literatūras analīzi par dzemdes kakla vēzi un dzemdes kakla vēža agrīnu diagnostiku, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu, veikt pētījumu, veikt iegūto rezultātu apkopošanu un analīzi, izdarīt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus. Pētījuma jautājums: kādi ir dzemdes kakla vēža skrīninga veikšanas atsaucības faktori? Pētījuma veids: kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode, pētījuma instruments-anketa Pētījuma rezultāti: tika konstatēts, ka no aptaujātajām respondentēm, kuras saņēma uzaicinājumu ierasties uz dzemdes kakla vēža bezmaksas skrīningu, šo iespēju izmantoja tikai 40% respondentu. Tika konstatēti dzemdes kakla vēža skrīninga veikšanas zemās atsaucības faktori: 1. Covid-19 pandēmijas ietekme uz sabiedrību-bailes saslimt ar koronavīrusu, līdz minimumam samazinot vizītes pie ārstiem/ uz poliklīniku. 2. Informācijas un izpratnes nepietiekamība par dzemdes kakla vēža skrīninga mērķiem un nozīmi, izpratnes nepietiekamība par sieviešu līdzdalības nozīmi dzemdes kakla vēža skrīningā. 3. Factors affecting to cervical cancer screening. Bachelor work. The relevance of the topic is determined by low response in the implementation of cervical cancer screening. In Latvia, since 2009, the Goverment pays cervical cancer screening fees for women aged 25 to 75. Every three years, women receiving an invitation letter to go through cervical cancer screening. Unfortunately, not all women taking a part of this opportunity. The aim of the study is to determine the factors of response to cervical cancer screening to achieve greater responsiveness screening program. Research tasks: analyze the literature on cervical cancer and early diagnosis of cervical cancer, develop a research tool, to draw up research, to summarize and analyze the results obtained, to draw conclusions and to develop proposals. Question: what are the factors of response to cervical cancer screening? Research type: quantitative method of research, research tool-questionnaire Results of the study: it is found that from respondents who received an invitation to come to a free examination on cervical cancer, this opportunity only took 40% of respondents. Low response rates for cervical cancer screening were revealed: 1. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the population's fear of the development of coronavirus due to minimizing visits of doctors/clinics. 2. Lack of information and understanding of the goals and values of cervical cancer screening, misunderstanding of the importance of women's participation in screening of cervical cancer. 3.
