Gremošanas trakta infekcijas slimību sezonalitāte bērniem

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir gremošanas trakta infekcijas slimību sezonalitāte bērniem. Darba tēmas aktualitāti nosaka gremošanas trakta infekcijas slimību izplatība.Tā ir bieža saslimšana bērniem, kuras dēļ bērni tiek stacionēti. Slimnīcās tiek novērots sezonāls pacientu pieplūdums, kā arī vecāku zināšanu trūkumus saistībā ar infekciju profilakses pasākumiem. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot gremošanas trakta infekcijas slimību sezonalitāti bērniem un to profilaktisko pasākumu iespējamību. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir izpētīt un izanalizēt teorētisko literatūru par gremošanas trakta infekcijas slimībām; izstrādāt kvalitatīvā pētījuma instrumentu- interviju un veikt pētījumu; analizēt pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus; veikt secinājumus un sniegt ieteikumus. Darbā tika atbildēts uz izvirzīto pētījuma jautājumu- gremošanas trakta infekcijas slimībām piemīt sezonāls raksturs. Vīrusu izraisītu gastroenterītu saslimušo skaita pieaugums ir vasaras un rudens mēnešos, savukārt baktēriju izraisītu -visa gada garumā, vasaras un rudens mēnešos tas nedaudz palielinās. Autore secina, ka noteicoša loma ir katrā gada periodā nepieciešamo profilaktisko pasākumu ievērošanai.

The subject of bachelor paper is the seasonality of infectious diseases of the digestive tract in children. The topicality of the work topic is determined by the prevalence of infectious diseases of the digestive tract. It is a common case for children who are being hospitalised. There is a seasonal influx of patients in hospitals, as well as a lack of parental knowledge in relation to infection prevention measures. The aim is to clarify the seasonality of infectious diseases of the digestive tract in children and the possibility of their preventive measures. Research tasks include to explore and to analyze theoretical literature on infectious diseases of the digestive tract; to develop a qualitative research tool for interview and to conduct a research ; to analyze the results of the research; to make conclusions and to develop recommendations. The research question was answered - the infectious diseases of the digestive tract have a seasonal nature. The number of gastroenteritis caused by viruses is increasing in the summer and autumn months,however caused by bacteria - all year round, in the summer and autumn months it is increasing slightly. The author conclude that the observance of the necessary preventive measures in each period of the year plays a determining role.
