Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – “Medicīnas ētikas pamatprincipi Covid – 19 pandēmijas laikā stacionārā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka veselības aprūpes sistēma ar pieejamiem resursiem saskarās ar grūtībām nodrošināt pacientiem nepieciešamo palīdzību, daudzi šīs pandēmijas aspekti ir izraisījuši un joprojām rada morālu diskomfortu, kā arī negaidītus izaicinājumus medicīnas māsu un veselības aprūpes speciālistu ētiskajām vērtībām, tostarp sarežģītas cilvēktiesību problēmas daudzās situācijās. Iegūtā informācija ļautu māsām pilnveidot savu profesionālo darbību pandēmijas apstākļos. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, medicīnas ētikas pamatprincipus Covid - 19 pandēmijas laikā stacionārā. Pētījuma hipotēze: Covid - 19 pandēmijas uzliesmojums ietekmē medicīnas ētikas pamatprincipu realizāciju stacionārā. Pētniecības instruments: anketa. Pētniecības metode – kvantitatīva. Galvenie iegūtie rezultāti pētījumā ir saistīti ar izvirzīto pētījuma hipotēzi. Pandēmijas laikā stacionārā, medicīnas māsām pilnā apmērā izdevās realizēt nekaitēšanas pamatprincipu, no grūti realizējamām pilnā apmērā ētikas pamatprincipiem māsām bija autonomijas pamatprincipu.

Research hypothesis: The outbreak of the Covid - 19 pandemic affects the implementation of the basic principles of medical ethics in the hospital. Research tool: questionnaire. Research method - quantitative. The main results obtained in the study are related to the hypothesis of the study. During the pandemic, the inpatient nurses managed to fully implement the basic principle of harm, from the difficult to fully implement the basic principles of ethics, the nurses had the basic principle of autonomy.
