Bakalaura darba tēma - atopiskais dermatīts bērnam ģimenes ikdienas dzīvē. Atopiskais dermatīts ir hroniska, recidivējoša ādas saslimšana, kuras prevelence ar katru gadu pieaug. Slimība skar bērnus jau pirmajos dzīves gados, kas rada risku citām atopiskām saslimšanām, ietekmē gan bērna, gan vecāku ikdienas dzīvi, kā rezultātā mainās emocionālais stāvoklis un rodas papildus raizes ģimenē. Darba mērķis – izpētīt atopiskā dermatīta izpausmes bērnam un slimības ietekmi uz ģimenes ikdienas dzīvi. Mērķa sasniegšanai analizēti pieejamie informācijas avoti, izstrādāts instruments – aptaujas anketa, veikts kvantitatīvais pētījums. Pētījumā piedalījās 112 vecāki, kuru bērni slimo ar atopisko dermatītu. Darbā izvirzītā hipotēze- atopiskā dermatīta forma bērnam var ietekmēt ģimenes ikdienas dzīvi. Darbs sastāv no ievada, 5 nodaļām, 9 secinājumiem un 4 pielikumiem. Izmantoti 47 literatūras avoti latviešu un angļu valodā. Darba apjoms 50 lapas un 25 attēli. Teorētiskajā daļā pētīta un analizēta D. Oremas teorija, atopiskā dermatīta saslimšana, slimības ietekme uz ģimenes ikdienas dzīvi, māsas loma slimības aprūpē. Pētniecības daļā aprakstīta pētījuma metodoloģija, veikts aptaujā iegūto datu apkopojums un analīze, izdarīti secinājumi. Pētījuma rezultātā izpētītas atopiskā dermatīta izpausmes bērnam un pierādīta slimības ietekme uz ģimenes ikdienas dzīvi. The topic of the bachelor’s thesis – atopic dermatitis in a child’s daily family life. Atopic dermatitis is a chronic, recurrent skin disease, the prevalence of which increases every year. It affects children in the first years of life, shows a risk of other atopic diseases, affects the daily life of both children and their parents, resulting in changes in emotional state and additional family worries. Aim of the thesis – study the manifestations of atopic dermatitis in a child and the impact of the disease on the daily life of family. To achieve the goal, the available information sources have been analyzed, research tool – a questionnaire has been developed, and a quantitative study has been carried out. The study involved 112 parents whose children has atopic dermatitis. Hypothesis – The form of atopic dermatitis in a child can affect family’s daily life. The work consists of an introduction, 5 chapters, 9 conclusions and 4 appendices. 47 literature sources in Latvian and English were used. Thesis consists of 50 pages and 25 images. The theoretical part consists of studies and analyzes about D. Orem’s theory, atopic dermatitis, the impact of the disease on the daily life of family, the role of nurses in care of atopic dermatitis. The research part describes the research methodology, summarizes, and analyzes the data obtained in the survey, and draws conclusions. As a result of the study, the manifestations of atopic dermatitis in a child were studied and the effect of the disease on the daily life of family was proved.
