Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir - " Studējošo motivācija apgūt māsas profesiju". Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka ik gadu palielinās uzņemto, kā arī grādu un kvalifikāciju ieguvušo studentu skaits, par ko liecina dati centrālas statistikas pārvaldē. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot studējošo motivāciju iegūt māsas profesiju. Pētniecības darba uzdevumi: 1. analizēt V. Hendersones māszinību teoriju; 2. veikt literatūras atlasi un analīzi par studējošo motivāciju; 3. izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – intervijas jautājumus; 4. veikt interviju, apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus; 5. izvirzīt secinājumus, balstoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem. Pētniecības jautājums: Kas motivē studējošos apgūt māsas profesiju? Pētniecības metode: Kvalitatīva pētniecības metode Pētniecības instruments: strukturētas intervijas jautājumi. Pētījuma rezultāti: Analizējot iegūtos datus, var secināt, apgūt profesionālo bakalaura studiju programmu "Māszinības" studentus motivēja pašizaugsme, viņi vēlējās pilnveidot savas zināšanas un prasmes, iegūstot augstāko izglītību. Svarīga loma bija arī māsu izglītības reformai.

The aim of the work is to find out the motivation of students to acquire the profession of a nurse. The research tasks: 1. to analyze V Henderson's theory of nursing; 2. to perform literature selection and analysis on students' motivation; 3. to develop a research tool - interview questions; 4. to conduct an interview, compile and analyze the obtained data; 5. to draw conclusions based on the results of the research. Research question: What motivates students to learn the profession of a nurse? Research method: Qualitative research method Research tool: Structured interview questions. Research results: Analyzing the obtained data, it can be concluded that the students of the professional bachelor study program "Nursing" were motivated by self - growth, they wanted to improve their knowledge and skills by obtaining higher education. The reform of nursing education also played an important role.
