Bakalaura darba tēma – “Pirmsskolas un sākumskolas bērnu roku higiēnas paradumu veidošana ģimenē”. Roku mazgāšana ir fundamentāls pamats infekciju izplatīšanās kontrolei, tādēļ izvēlēties savam bērnam piemērotāko roku higiēnas apmācību, katram vecākam ir atbildīgs un svarīgs solis (1). Bērns pirmsskolas vai sākumskolas vecumā patstāvīgi nevar pieņemt tālredzīgus lēmumus par savu veselību, aprūpi un izglītību, tādēļ par šiem vecuma bērniem atbildību nes vecāki. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pirmsskolas un sākumskolas bērnu roku higiēnas paradumu veidošanu ģimenē, līdz ar to darba autore izvirzīja pētījuma uzdevumus: 1) apkopot un analizēt literatūru, rekomendācijas, kas nosaka roku higiēnas pratību ģimenē bērniem pirmsskolas un sākumskolas periodā; 2) analizēt V. Hendersones māszinību teoriju; 3) izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – aptaujas anketu; 4) veikt izglītojamo vecāku anketēšanu; 5) apkopot pētījumā iegūtos rezultātus par pirmsskolas un sākumskolas bērnu roku higiēnas paradumu ievērošanas un to veidošanas nozīmīgumu ģimenē ; 6) izdarīt secinājumus, izstrādāt priekšlikumus un izglītojošas nodarbības plānu bērnu vecākiem par roku higiēnas ievērošanu ģimenē. Pētījuma rezultātā izvirzītā hipotēze - pirmsskolas un sākumskolas bērnu vecākiem ir svarīga roku higiēnas paradumu ievērošana un to veidošana ģimenē. Pētniecības darba ietvaros tika veikta Pierīgas X pirmsskolas un sākumskolas bērnu vecāku aptauja un izmantota kvantitatīvā pētījuma metode. Pētījuma hipotēzes apstiprinājums: roku higiēnas paradumu ievērošanas un to veidošanas nozīmīgums ģimenē ir ļoti svarīgs un diezgan svarīgs 98 % aptaujāto ģimeņu, tikai 1% respondentu tas nav svarīgi. Vecāki vienmēr pievērš uzmanību tam cik rūpīgi mazgā rokas un ar savu piemēru māca bērniem roku mazgāšanas pratību un paradumu nostiprināšanu. Bachelors’ Work Theme: pre - school and primary school children hand's hygiene habits' formation in family. Hand washing is a fundamental basis for controlling the spread of infections; therefore, the right hand hygiene training chose for your child is important and responsible step for each parent. Child at pre - school or primary school age cannot take experienced decisions on their health, that for responsibility for care and education for that age children carry their parents. The purpose of the work is to clarify, hand hygiene habits formation in family of pre-school and primary school children that for the author of the work raised research tasks: 1) summarize and analyze literature, recommendations that determine hand hygiene skills in the family for pre - school or primary school age; 2) analyze V. Henderson nursing theory; 3) create a research tool – survey questionnaire; 4) to carry out the questionnaires of educates; 5) summarize the results of the research of pre - school or primary school children hand hygiene habits observance and formation importance in the family; 6) make conclusions and make suggestions and educational curriculum for parents about children hand hygiene enforcement in the family. Hypothesis rose as a result of the research – For parents of Pre – school and primary school children hand hygiene habit enforcement and formation in the family is very important. Survey conducted as part of research was made in Riga area parents of X pre - school and primary school and quantitative study method was used. Study Hypothesis Confirmation hand hygiene habit enforcement and formation in the family is very important and mainly important for 98% of families surveyed; only for 1% of respondents it wasn’t important. Parents always pay attention how accurate children wash their hands and by their example, teaching children the skill of hand-washing and the reinforcement of habits.
