Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir ,, Pacientu drošība operāciju zālē”. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot pacientu drošību operāciju zālē. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika sastādīti uzdevumi un izvirzīts jautājums: Kāda ir pacientu drošība operāciju zālē? Darbs sastāv no 5 nodaļām, 9 apakšnodaļām, secinājumiem, ieteikumiem, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta un 16 pielikumiem. Pētījumā piedalījās 11 respondenti- 6 operāciju zālē praktizējošas anestēzijas un 5 operāciju māsas. Pētījumā tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode- daļēji strukturēta intervija. Pētījums tika veikts X stacionārā, laika posmā no 2022.gada 4. aprīļa līdz 2022.gada 14. aprīlim. Galvenie darba secinājumi- Pacienta drošības nodrošināšana operācijas zālē ir komandas darbs. Pacientu drošības apdraudējuma risks ir atkarīgs no katra iesaistītā aprūpes personāla pieredzes, zināšanām un to pielietojuma klīniskajā vidē. Operāciju zālē praktizējošas māsas veic atbilstošus pasākumus peri-operatīvajā, operatīvajā un pēc-operatīvajā periodā, lai nodrošinātu pacientu drošību operāciju zālē. Kā galveno pacienta drošības apdraudējumu operāciju zālē strādājošās māsas min trokšņa nelabvēlīgo ietekmi operācijas laikā. Pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, bakalaura darba mērķis- noskaidrot pacientu drošību operācijas zālē - ir sasniegts.

The topic of the bachelor thesis is “Patient Safety in the Operating Theater.” The aim of the thesis is to clarify patient safety in the operating theater. To achieve the aim, tasks was created, and a research question raised: What is patient safety in the operating theater? The thesis consists of 5 chapters, 9 sub-chapters, conclusions, recommendations, the bibliography and 16 annexes. The research involved 11 respondents - 6 surgical anaesthetics and 5 surgery nurses. The research includes the qualitative study method - a semi-structured interview. The study was conducted in X hospital, between 4 April 2022 and 14 April 2022. Main conclusions of the research are: The provision of patient safety in the operating theater involves teamwork. The risk to patient safety depends on the experience, knowledge, and application of knowledge of each care personnel involved in the clinical environment. In the operating theater, practicing nurses shall take appropriate measures during the perioperative, operational, and post-operative periods to ensure patient safety in the operating theater. As the main risk to patient safety, nurses working in the operating theater mention the adverse effects of noise during surgery. Based on the results of the study, the aim of the bachelor thesis – to clarify patient safety in the operating theater – has been achieved.
