Pacientu līdzestība pēc ceļu locītavu endoprotezēšanas agrīnā pēcoperācijas periodā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba temats: Pacientu līdzestība pēc ceļu locītavu endoprotezēšanas agrīnā pēcoperācijas periodā. Latvijā ik gadu tiek veiktas ap 2000 ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanas operāciju, no kurām 10% ir iespējami sarežģījumi. Daļa no šiem sarežģījumiem varētu nebūt un neradīt nepieciešamību veikt revīzijas operācijas, ja pacientiem būtu augsta līdzestība, kas pamato nepieciešamību analizēt pacientu līdzestību. Pētījuma mērķis: Noskaidrot pacientu līdzestību pēc ceļu locītavu endoprotezēšanas agrīnā pēcoperācijas periodā. Pētījuma uzdevumi: 1.Pētīt ceļa locītavas endoprotezēšanas teorētiskos pamatus; 2.Noteikt M. Levinas enerģijas saglabāšanas teorijas pielietojumu pacientu līdzestības izpētē; 3.Izstrādāt pētījuma metodoloģiju un veikt naratīvu pētījumu; 4.Analizēt pētījuma rezultātus un izstrādāt ieteikumus pacientu līdzestības sekmēšanai pēc ceļa locītavas endoporotezēšanas agrīnā pēcoperācijas periodā. Pētījuma jautājums: Kāda ir pacientu līdzestība pēc ceļu locītavu endoprotezēšanas agrīnā pēcoperācijas periodā? Pētniecības metode: kvalitatīvs pētījums, pētniecības instruments – intervija. Pētījuma rezultāti: Pacientu līdzestība pēc ceļu endoprotezēšanas agrīnā pēc operācijas periodā vērtējama kā zema, tomēr tā ir cieši saistāma ar pacientu vecumu un izglītības līmeni. Gados vecākiem pacientiem ir grūtības iegaumēt visus norādījumus, viņi vairāk paļaujas uz savu dzīves gudrību, nevis ārsta norādījumiem. Darba noslēgumā izstrādāti ieteikumi par iespējām paaugstināt pacientu līdzestību, ņemot vērā viņu vecumu un dzīvesveidu. Topic of the Bachelor’s Thesis: Patient Compliance after Knee Arthroplasty in the Early Postoperative Period. Around 2000 knee replacement operations are performed in Latvia every year, of which 10% are possible complications. Some of these complications might not exist and might not necessitate audit surgery if patients had a high level of compliance that justifies the need to analyze the patient clarity. Objective of the study: To find out the patient compliance after knee arthroplasty in the early postoperative period. Study tasks: 1.To study theoretical foundations of knee arthroplasty; 2.To determine the application of M. Levin’s energy conservation theory in the study of patient compliance; 3.To develop research methodology and conduct narrative research; 4.To analyze the results of the research and to develop recommendations for the promotion of patient compliance after knee arthroplasty in the early postoperative period. Study question: What is the compliance of patients after knee arthroplasty in the early postoperative period? Study method: qualitative research, research tool - interview. Study results: Patient compliance after knee arthroplasty in the early postoperative period is assessed as low, however, it is closely related to patients’ age and level of education. Elderly patients have to memorize all instructions, they rely more on the wisdom of their life than the doctor’s instructions. At the end of the work, recommendations are developed on the possibilities to increase the patient compliance, by taking into account their age and lifestyle.
