Māsu skatījums uz aprūpes dokumentāciju ķirurģijas nodaļā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “ Māsu skatījums uz aprūpes dokumentāciju ķirurģijas nodaļā”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot māsu skatījumu uz aprūpes dokumentāciju ķirurģijas nodaļā. Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un pētījuma empīriskās daļas. Darba teorētiskajam pamatam tika izmantota Patrīcijas Benneres izstrādātā māszinības koncepcija “ No iesācējas līdz ekspertei”. Literatūras analīzē apkopots ķirurģijas nodaļas māsas raksturojumu, aprūpes dokumentācijas raksturojumu un pasaules māsu viedokli par aprūpes dokumentāciju. Darba pētnieciskajā daļā apkopoti rezultāti par aprūpes dokumentācijas nepieciešamību; māsu skatījumu uz esošo dokumentāciju ķirurģijas nodaļā, tās priekšrocībām un trūkumiem. Bakalaura darbā izmantoti literatūras 46 avoti, no tiem 8 latviešu valodā un 38 angļu valodā. Atslēgas vārdi: māsa, ķirurģijas nodaļa, aprūpes dokumentācija, skatījums.

The topic of the bachelor’s thesis is “Nurse’s view of care documentation in the surgical department.” Aim of the work is to find out the nurses' view of the care documentation in the surgical department. The work consists of the theoretical and empirical part of the study. The theoretical basis of the work used the concept of nursing developed by Patricia Benner, "From beginner to expert". The literature analysis summarizes the characteristics of the nurse of the surgical department, the characteristics of the care document and the opinion of the world's nurses on the care documentation. The research part of the work summarizes the results on the imperceptibility of care documentation, nurses' view of the existing documentation in the surgical department, its advantages, and disadvantages. 46 literature sources what used in the bachelor’s thesis – in 8 Latvian and 38 English.
