Valsts sociālās apdrošināšanas aģentūras informācijas sistēmas darbu vadības apakšsistēmas izstrāde

Abstract

Maģistra darbā tiek pētīts, kas ir darbu vadības sistēma, kādu darbu vadības sistēmu nepieciešams ieviest VSAA (Valsts sociālās apdrošināšanas aģentūra) informācijas sistēmā, kādas programmēšanas valodas tiek izmantotas šīs sistēmas izstrādē un uzturēšanā, kas ir sistēmanalīze un transformācijas rīks, kas tulko no PL/SQL programmēšanas valodas uz VSAA standartizēto sistēmanalīzes valodu. Darbā tiek apskatīti trīs rīki, kurus izmanto VSAA informācijas sistēmas uzturēšanā un izstrādē, kā arī divi rīki, kuri tika ieviesti kopā ar darbu vadības apakšsistēmas izstrādi. Darba prakstiskajā daļā tiek izstrādāta lietotāju saskarne izmantojot aprakstītos rīkus un izpētīta tās funkcionalitāte, kā arī izpētīts kā VSAA inspektori strādāja pirms darbu sadales un kā pēc. Tiek ieviesta jauna ierakstu saraksta atrādīšanas funkcionalitāte vizuālo iespēju paplašināšanai. Prakstiskajā daļā tiek izstrādāts un izpētīts sistēmanalīzes transformācijas rīks.

The thesis studies what is work management system, what kind of work management system needs to be implemented in the information system of VSAA (State social insurance agency of the republic of Latvia), what programming languages are used in development and maintenance of this system and what is system analysis and transformation tool which translates PL/SQL programming language into standardized system analysis language of VSAA. Focus of the thesis is to study three tools, which are used in development and maintenance of VSAA information system and two tools, that were introduced together with the development of the work management subsystem. In the practical part of the thesis, the user interface is developed using the described tools and its functionality is studied, as well as studied how VSAA inspectors worked before and after the work management system. It also introduces a new display list functionality to expand visual capabilities. In the practical part, a system analysis transformation tool is also developed and studied.
