Abstract

Tehnoloģiju videi un iespējām attīstoties, uzņēmumu informācijas sistēmu ainavas kļūst aizvien neviendabīgākas un sastāv gan no lokālām, gan mākonī bāzētam sistēmām, līdz ar to ir neizbēgami, ka integrāciju temats kļūst vēl jo vairāk aktuāls, lai nodrošinātu efektīvu un vienotu datu izmantošanu starp sistēmām gan efektivitātes, gan integritātes nolūkos. Zīmīgs piemērs iepriekš minētajai situācijai ir uzņēmumi, kuri saskaras ar nepieciešamību kopīgot datus starp SAP ECC (SAP ERP Central Component) un SAP FSM (SAP Field Service Management) sistēmām, kas ir šī darba temats. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un aprakstīt integrāciju izstrādes iespējas starp abām sistēmām, izmantojot SAP Integration Suite mākoņintegrāciju rīku, no integrāciju izstrādātāja skatupunkta. Šim nolūkam tiek aprakstīti un izstrādāti 4 dažādi integrāciju scenāriji, kas var tikt pielāgoti un izmantoti tālāk jebkura veida integrācijas vajadzībām starp šīm sistēmām. SAP FSM INTEGRATION WITH SAP ECC With advancement of technologies and the opportunities they provide, the information systems landscape of enterprises becomes even more heterogeneous consisting of both on premise and cloud based systems. As such the topic of integration becomes ever more topical to ensure efficient and unified use of data amongst systems for the purpose of effectiveness and data integrity. An example of the previously mentioned situation is an enterprise that faces the need to share its data between SAP ECC (SAP ERP Central Component) and SAP FSM (SAP Field Service Management) systems, which is the topic of this work. The purpose of the work is to research and describe the integration development possibilities of integration between both systems using SAP Integration Suite cloud integrations tool from integrations developer point of view. For this purpose a list of 4 different integration scenarios are described and developed which can be modified and used for any type of integration needs between these systems.
