LU Studentu padomes informatīvā sistēmas "KĀMIS" lietotāja saskarnes uzlabojumi

Abstract

Bakalaura darba ietvaros analizēta LU Studentu padomes informatīvā sistēma (LUSP IS) "KĀMIS", kas veidota ar "Google sites" tīmekļa vietņu izstrādes rīka palīdzību un nodrošina LU SP iekšējās informācijas pieejamību elektroniskā formātā. Darba ietvaros noskaidrots vai lietotājam sistēmā ir viegli orientēties un vai pasniegtā informācija ir labi uztverama. Analizēts šīs sistēmas saskarnes vizuālais un funkcionālais dizains, kas ir nozīmīgs aspekts, lai tās lietošana būtu ērta apmeklētājiem. Darba ietvaros pētītas "Google sites" – strukturēta tīmekļa lapu izveides rīka, ar kuru veidota LUSP IS – iespējas un ar to palīdzību realizēti iespējamie uzlabojumi LU Studentu padomes informatīvjai sistēmai.

Within the framework of the bachelor's thesis, the information system of the Student Council of the University of Latvia (LUSP IS) "KĀMIS" was analyzed, which was created with the help of "Google Sites" website development tool and ensures the availability of LU SP internal information in electronic format. The objective of the analysis was finding out whether the system is easy for the user to navigate and whether the information presented is well understood. The visual and functional design of the interface of this system was analyzed, which is an important aspect to make it convenient for visitors to use. Within the framework of the analysis, the possibilities of "Google Sites" – a structured web page creation tool with which the LUSP IS is created – were studied, with the help of which possible improvements to the information system of the LU Student Council are realized.
