Baltkrievijas autoritārā režīma politika kā izaicinājums Baltijas valstu reģionālai drošībai

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Baltkrievijas autoritārā režīma politika kā izaicinājums Baltijas valstu reģionālai drošībai. Darba mērķis ir sniegt analītisku izvērtējumu Baltkrievijas īstenotās migrācijas atbalsta pasākumu kopas ietekmei uz Baltijas valstu reģionālo drošību laika periodā no 2020. gada 9. augusta līdz 2022. gada 9. aprīlim. Darba ietvarā tika aplūkots drošības jēdziena, draudu un hibrīdkara konceptu teorētiskais rāmis. Izmantojot EIK un kvalitatīvās kontentanalīzes metodes, tika analizēta Baltkrievijas īstenotā migrācijas atbalsta politika un tās radītie draudi Baltijas valstu drošībai. Darba noslēgumā tiek sniegti secinājumi par to, kādus draudus Baltijas valstīm rada Baltkrievijas migrācijas atbalsta politika.

The topic of the paper is the policy of the authoritarian regime in Belarus as a challenge of the regional security of the Baltic States. The aim of the paper is to provide an analytical assessment of the impact of the migration support package implemented by Belarus on the regional security of the Baltic States in the period from 9 August 2020 to 9 April 2022. The theoretical basis of the work is security, threat and hybrid warfare concepts. Using the EIC and qualitative content analysis methods, the migration support policy implemented by Belarus and the threats it poses to the security of the Baltic States were analyzed. At the end of the work, conclusions are given about the threat posed to the Baltic States by Belarus' migration support policy.
