Eiroskepticisms un tā izpausmes Latvijas sabiedrībā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek aplūkots eiroskepticisms un tā veidi Latvijas sabiedrībā mūsdienās. Kā mērķis tiek izvirzīts izpētīt Latvijas sabiedrībā pastāvošo eiroskepticismu un tā veidus. Mērķa sasniegšanai tiek izvirzīti vairāki uzdevumi, t.sk. 5 dažādu fokusa grupu interviju novadīšana. Izpētes jautājumi: kāds eiroskepticisma veids ir izplatītākais Latvijā, kā arī kuros Latvijas reģionos eiroskepticisms ir izplatītāks? Par bakalaura darba teorētisko rāmi kalpos Eiropas integrācijas un eiroskepticisma jēdzienu teorijas, kā arī tā vēsture, cēloņi un veidi. Darba noslēgumā tiek secināts, ka eiroskepticisms ir sastopams visos Latvijas reģionos. Izplatītākais eiroskepticisma veids Latvijas sabiedrībā ir “maigais” eiroskepticisms, un ir sastopami abi tā veidi- “politiskai” un “nacionālo interešu”.

The bachelor's thesis discusses Euroscepticism and its types in Latvian society today. The aim is to study euroscepticism and its types in Latvian society. In order to achieve the aim, a number of tasks are set, including, conducting interviews of 5 different focus groups. Research questions: what type of Euroscepticism is the most common in Latvia, as well as in which regions of Latvia is Euroscepticism more prevalent? The theoretical frame of the bachelor's thesis will be the theories of the concepts of European integration and euroscepticism, as well as its history, causes and types. At the end of the work, it is concluded that Euroscepticism can be found in all regions of Latvia. The most common form of Euroscepticism in Latvian society is "soft" Euroscepticism, and both types of “soft” euroscepticism can be found: "political" and "national interest".
