Zemes zinātņu oriģinālizdevumi Latvijā (1991 - 2021)

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tiek pētītas oriģinālizdevumi Zemes zinātnēs Latvijā, laika posmā no 1991. līdz 2021. gadam. Tas ietver dziļākas izpratnes veidošanu par Zemes zinātnēm kā dabaszinātņu nozari, apvienojumā ar padziļinātu izdevējdarbības un grāmatu veidošanas procesu izpēti. Izveidots tematiskais bibliogrāfijas saraksts. Tika veikta apkopoto darbu bibliogrāfiskā analīze. Papildus tika veiktas intervijas ar attiecīgo grāmatu autoriem – pieredzējušiem ekspertiem Zemes zinātņu jomā. Darbs sniedz ieskatu ar Zemes zinātnēm saistīto izdevumu nesenākajā vēsturē, mūsdienu situācijas tendencēm un dažādajiem faktoriem, kas to ietekmē.

The bachelor's thesis studies the original publications in Earth Sciences in Latvia, during the period from 1991 to 2021. This includes creating a deeper understanding of the Earth sciences as a branch of natural science combined with an in-depth study of publishing and book production processes. A thematic bibliography list has been created. A bibliographic analysis of the collected works was accomplished. In addition, interviews were conducted with authors of the relevant books – experienced experts within the field of Earth sciences. The results of the work provide an insight into the recent history of book publishing regarding Earth sciences, trends in in today's situation and the various factors that affect it.
