Abstract

Bakalaura darba “Trīs lielāko Latvijas valstspilsētu pašvaldību komunikācija vietnē Facebook un tās mijiedarbība ar iedzīvotājiem” mērķis ir noskaidrot to kāda ir Rīgas, Liepājas un Daugavpils valstspilsētu pašvaldību komunikācija sociālajā tīklā Facebook un kāds tās saturs veicina iedzīvotāju iesaisti, mijiedarbību ar to. Teorijas daļa veidota apskatot galvenos jēdzienus kā pašvaldība, komunikācija, sabiedriskās attiecības, sociālie mediji, kā arī aplūkojot Gruniga un Hanta sabiedrisko attiecību komunikācijas modeļus valsts pārvaldes kontekstā. Metodoloģijas daļā apskatītas trīs izmantotās pētniecības metodes - kvantitatīvā kontentanalīze, aptaujas anketas un daļēji strukturētas intervija, izveidots pētījuma dizains. Empīrijas daļa veidota balstoties uz izvēlēto pašvaldību Facebook kontu apskatu, ierakstu kontentanalīzi. Facebook lietotāju, pašvaldību iedzīvotāju interneta aptaujās gūtajiem un apkopotajiem datiem, atskatu no trīs daļēji strukturētu interviju ar pašvaldību komunikācijas speciālistiem un likumsakarībām starp iegūtajiem rezultātiem. Darbā iegūti vairāki secinājumi par izvēlēto pašvaldību komunikāciju laika posmā no 2022. gada 1. aprīļa līdz 1. maijam, iedzīvotāju un pašu satura veidotāju viedokli par to.

The Bachelor's thesis “ Communication of the three largest Latvian municipalities on Facebook and their synergy with the residents” aims to investigate the communication that the municipalities of Riga, Liepaja and Daugavpils have with their residents on the social media site Facebook, and what kind of content promotes the resident involvement and interaction with the page. The theoretical part of the paper is formed by examining and reviewing the key concepts and terms, such as municipality, communication, public relations and social media. Furthermore, the models of public relations and communication by Grundig & Hunt were utilized in the context of public administration. The Methodology section covers the three research methods that were used: quantitative content analysis, questionnaires and semi-structured interviews; for the application of methods the research design was created. The empirical data of the paper are gathered by reviewing the selected municipality Facebook accounts and content analysis of the records. The data obtained and collected by Facebook users, municipal residents in Internet surveys, three semi-structured interviews with the review of municipal communication specialists and the regularities between the obtained results. The paper obtains several conclusions about the communication of the selected local governments in the period from April 1 to May 1, 2022, the opinion of the population and the content creators themselves.
