Jauniešu jeb "Gen Z" dzīves reprezentācija drāmas seriālā "Viss Norm"

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs “Jauniešu jeb “Gen Z” dzīves reprezentācija drāmas seriālā “Viss Norm” ir veltīts “Gen Z” paaudzes izpētei. Darba teorētiskajā daļā aplūkota teorētiskā literatūra, kura skaidro reprezentāciju, popkultūru jeb populāro kultūru, jauniešu kultūras raksturīgās iezīmes, kā arī paaudžu iedalījumus. Metodoloģijas daļā aprakstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes: kontentanalīze, daļēji strukturētā intervija un fokusgrupas intervija. Darbs sastāv no 58 lappusēm un 4 pielikumiem. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot, kā tiek reprezentēta “Gen Z” ikdiena un vai “Gen Z” jaunieši jūtas piederīgi viņu atainojumam seriālā “Viss Norm”. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka seriāls “Viss Norm” atspoguļo mūsdienu jauniešu ikdienu, ietverot aktuālākās tendences, problēmas, vērtības un raksturīgās iezīmes, jo īpaši draugu ciešajā draudzībā. Noskaidrots, ka iepriekš minētās iezīmes seriālā tiek atainotas pārspīlētā veidā.

The bachelor thesis “Representation of youngster / “Gen Z” lives in drama serial “Viss Norm”” is dedicated to the study of the generation Z. The theoretical part of the thesis contains theoretical literature which covers representation, pop culture, characteristics of youth culture, as well as generational groups. The methodological part of the thesis describes the methods used in thesis: content analysis, semi-structured interview and focus group interview. The thesis contains 58 pages and 4 appendixes. The goal of the thesis is to analyse the way of representation of Gen Z in daily life in the drama serial "Viss Norm" and to find out whether the generation of Gen Z feel a sense of belonging in their portrayal in the mentioned drama serial. The results of the research conclude that the drama serial “Viss Norm” reflects the everyday life of today's young people, including accurate portrayal of relevant trends, issues, values, and characteristics, and in particular the close friendship between friends. Within the research, it was also concluded that the above-mentioned characteristics are portrayed in an exaggerated way in the drama serial.
