Rīgas iedzīvotāju gatavo ēdienu piegādes servisu izmantošanas paradumi

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādi ir Rīgas iedzīvotāju gatavā ēdiena piegādes servisu lietošanas paradumi un kādi faktori ietekmē šos paradumus. Mērķa sasniegšanai, autors interneta vidē izplatīja aptaujas anketu uz kuru saņēma 126 derīgas atbildes, kuras tika analizētas. Bakalaura darbu veido četras nodaļas – pētījumā izmantotās teorijas un galvenie jēdzieni, metodoloģija, rezultātu analīze, kā arī secinājumi un diskusija. Autors darba gaitā izmantoja makdonaldizācijas teoriju, kā arī tehnoloģijas pieņemšanas modeli. Autors nonāk pie secinājumiem, ka gatavā ēdiena piegādes servisa izmantošanas efektivitāte, servisa lietderība un uzticība pakalpojuma sniedzējam. Respondentu paradumus ietekmē atrašanās vieta, laiks un apkārt esošie cilvēki.

The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to identify the habits of using prepared meal delivery services among the citizens of Riga and what influences those habits. The author conducted and analysed a poll of 126 people. The thesis consists of four chapters – theories and terminology used in the research, methodology, result analysis as well as conclusions and discussion. The author used the McDonaldization theory as well as the technology acceptance model. The main conclusions of the research were that the efficiency and usefulness of prepared meal delivery services along with the trust in the service provider were among the most important factors determining the use of the service. Habits were influenced by their location, time of day and people around them.
