Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums: “X skolas skolotāju tālmācības organizācijas modelis”. Covid-19 izraisīto seku ietekmē tika saasināta nepieciešamība attīstīt skolotāju digitālo kompetenci, pārejot uz tālmācību. Pētījums, ko veica darba autore, atklāj X skolas skolotāju digitālās kompetences attīstību, kura sākot ar 2020.m.g. ir ievērojami pakāpusies augstākā līmenī pateicoties jaunajām prasmēm dažādu platformu izmantošanā, pilnvērtīgā attālinātā mācību procesa nodrošināšanai kas palīdz sagatavoties tālmācības procesam, ko atbalsta izstrādāts tālmācības modelis. Praktiskie un zinātniskie darba sasniegumi. Pamatojoties uz X skolas skolotāju aptaujas rezultātiem tika novērtēti X skolas skolotāju attālināto mācību process un izaicinājumi kuri is saistīti ar skolotāju digitālo lietotprasmi un izstrādāts tālmācības darba organizācijas modelis turpmāko mācību procesa pilnveidošanai. Autore izstrādāja digitālās kompetences un tālmācības definīciju. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 100 lpp., tajā iekļauti 24 attēli, 4 tabulas, 10 pielikumi un izmantoti 94 literatūras un informācijas avoti. The title of the master's thesis is: “X school teachers’ distance learning organization model”. The consequences of Covid-19 have exacerbated the need to develop teachers’ digital literacy by moving to absolute distance learning. The research carried out by the author of this work revealed the development of X school teachers’digital competence beginning from the Year 2020 has risen significantly to a higher level. Thanks to new skills in the use of different platforms, to ensure a full-fledged distance learning process which will help to prepare for the distance learning process supported by developed distance learning model. Practical and scientific achievements. Based on the results of the survey of teachers of school X, a distance learning process and the challenges related to teachers’digital literacy were assessed and the distance learning organization model was developed to improve the further learning process. The author developed digital competence and distance learning definitions. Master's thesis contains 100 pages, 24 pictures, 4 tables, 10 appendixes and 94 references.
