Skolas vadības sadarbība ar vecākiem cieņas veicināšanā pret skolotāju

Abstract

Šī maģistra darba tēma ir “Skolas vadības sadarbība ar vecākiem cieņas veicināšanā pret skolotāju”. Maģistra darba mērķis bija izpētīt, kāda ir situācija Latvijas skolā cieņas izrādīšanā pret skolotāju, sadarbojoties skolas vadībai ar vecākiem. Pētāmais jautājums: kāda ir iespējamā skolas vadības sadarbība ar vecākiem cieņas veicināšanā pret skolotāju? Maģistra darbā tika veikta literatūras teorētiskā analīze, kā arī praktiskais pētījums, kurā piedalījās skolu skolotāji, skolas vadība un skolas atbalsta personāls. Maģistra darba pētījumā tika apkopoti aptaujās un fokusgrupau intervijās iegūtie dati, no kuriem tika iegūts ieteikumi skolas vadības sadarbībai ar vecākiem. Atbilstoši teorētiskajam pētījumam, cieņa tika pētīta attieksmē, saskarsmē un tiesību normu ievērošanā, izvirzot šādus empīrisko datu analīzes kritērijus: 1)Izpratne par cieņu; 2)Cieņas un necieņas pret skolotāju izpausmes veidi attieksmē un saskarsmē; 3)Cieņa pret skolotāju kā viņa tiesību ievērošana un neievērošana; 4)Cieņas pret skolotāju veicināšanas formas. Rezultātā tika izstrādāti ieteikumi, kuri skolas vadībai ir jāņem vērā, sadarbojoties ar vecākiem, lai veicinātu cieņu pret skolotāju. Pētījuma rezultātā tika iegūti šādi ieteikumi: •Skolas vadībai ir jāsadarbojas gan ar skolotājiem, gan vecākiem un skolēniem; •Skolas vadībai ir jārīko regulāras tikšanās ar vecākiem; •Skolas vadībai ir jārīko regulāri ārpusskolas pasākumi, lai veicinātu savstarpējo attiecību uzlabošanu. Maģistra darba sastāv no 65 lpp., 7 diagrammām un 2 pielikumiem, izmantoti 85 literatūras avoti.

The topic of the Master's Thesis is " Shcool Administration Collaboration with Parents in Promoting Dignity Against Teacher". The aim of the Master's Thesis was to study the situation in a Latvian school with respect for a teacher and collaboration between school managment and parents in this regard. The research question was raised about the possible cooperation of the school management with the parents in promoting dignity for the teacher. Theoretical analysisof literature was carried out in the Master's Thesis, as well as an empirical study involving school teachers, school management and school support staff. The research of the Master's Thesis summarized the data obtained in surveys and focus group interviews, from which recommendations for school management cooperation with parents were obtained. According to the theoretical research, dignity was studied in the attitude, communication and observance of legal norms, setting the following criteria for the analysis of empirical data: 1) Understanding of dignity; 2) Manifestations of respect and disrespect for teachers in attitudes and communication; 3) Respect for the teacher as respect for and disregard for his/her rights; 4) Forms of promoting respect for teachers. As a result, recommendations were developed that the school management should take into account when working with parents to promote respect for the teacher. The following main recommendations were obtained as a result of the study: • School management must work with teachers as well as parents and students; • School management should hold regular meetings with parents; • School management should organize regular extracurricular activities to promote better relationships. The Master's Thesis consists of 65 pages, 7 diagrams, 85 references and 2 appendices.
