Izglītības iestādes X sadarbības modelis ar skolēnu vecākiem

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir “Izglītības iestādes X sadarbības modelis ar skolēnu vecākiem”. Maģistra darbs ir teorētiski praktisks pētījums, kurā ir 2 teorētiskās nodaļas un 1 prakstiskā nodaļa. Maģistra darba mērķis ir veicot sadarbībā iesaistīto pušu vajadzību izpēti, izstrādāt modeli un ieteikumus X izglītības iestādes sadarbībai ar skolēnu ģimenēm. Pētījuma teorētiskajā analīzē tika ietverts un analizēts par sadarbības jēdzienu, par iespējamajiem sadarbības faktoriem, un pedagogu un vecāku sadarbības process. Pētījuma praktiskajā daļā tika izmantotas kvalitatīvās un kvantitatīvās pētījuma metodes, kas ir vecāku un pedagogu anketēšana un skolas vadības intervijas, lai noskaidrotu pedagogu un vecāku viedokli par sadarbību, un lai noskaidrotu labākos sadarbības veidus. Nobeigumā ir sniegti galvenie pētījuma secinājumi, balstoties uz izvirzītajiem uzdevumiem, mērķim un pētījuma jautājumam, kā arī ir izstrādāts sadarbības modelis ar ieteikumiem veiksmīgākai sadarbībai X izglītības iestādē. The topic of the master's thesis is "Model of cooperation of educational institution X with parents of students". The master's thesis is a theoretically practical study with 2 theoretical chapters and 1 practical chapter. The aim of the master's thesis is to develop a model and recommendations for the cooperation of X educational institutions with students' families by researching the needs of the parties involved in the cooperation. The theoretical analysis of the study included and analyzed the concept of cooperation, the possible factors of cooperation, and the process of cooperation between teachers and parents. In the practical part of the research, qualitative and quantitative research methods were used, which are questionnaires of parents and teachers and school management interviews to find out the opinion of teachers and parents about cooperation and to find out the best ways of cooperation. In the end, the main conclusions of the research are presented, based on the set tasks, goal and research question, as well as a cooperation model with recommendations for more successful cooperation in X educational institution is developed.
