Vecāku un pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes skolotāju priekšstati par ideālu pedagoģisko komunikāciju

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darbs “Vecāku un pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes skolotāju priekšstati par ideālu pedagoģisko komunikāciju” izstrādāts ar mērķi teorētiski un empīriski pētīt pirmsskolas skolotāju un vecāku priekšstatus par ideālu pedagoģisko komunikāciju savstarpējās sadarbības procesā un izstrādāt ieteikumus pirmsskolas skolotājiem par komunikācijas ar vecākiem procesa uzlabošanas iespējām. Darba teorētiskajā daļā ir analizēta ģimenes loma pirmsskolas bērnu personības attīstībā, pētītas ģimenes audzināšanas prakses, nosakot arī ģimenes kā sadarbības partnera funkcijas un iespējas. Ir definēts pirmsskolas un vecāku sadarbības jēdziens, aplūkotas galvenās formas, pastāvošie šķēršļi savstarpējās komunikācijas procesā. Darba autore apkopojusi pārskatu par raksturīgākajām sadarbības un komunikācijas formām un kanāliem mūsdienu pirmsskolas pedagoģiskajā procesā. Empīriskajā daļā veikta vienā izglītības iestādē strādājošo pedagoģisko darbinieku aptauja, kā arī plaša vecāku aptauja ar mērķi noteikt katras puses ieinteresētību, motīvus un vajadzības kopējā sadarbības procesā. Balstoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, noslēgumā ir izstrādāti ieteikumi par sadarbības vēlamajām formām un komunikācijas paņēmieniem.

The qualification wor “Parents and pre-school education establishments teachers precinceptions about perfect pedagogical communication” has been designed to theoretically and empirically study preprimary teacher and parental perecptions of the ideal pedagogical communication in the process of mutual cooperation and to develop recommendations for preschool teachers on ways of improving communication with parents. The theoretical part of the work analyses the role of the family in the personality development of pre-primary children, studies family parenting practices, including family functions and parental cooperation is defined, the main forms are addressed, existing barriers to the mutual communication process. The author of the work has compiled an overview of the most representative forms of cooperation and communication and channels in the teaching process of modern preschool. In the empicical part, a survey of pedagogical workers working in one education establishment has been carried out, as well as a broad survey of parents with a view to identifying the interests, motives and needs of each party in the overall cooperation process. On the basis of the results of the study, recommendations on the preferred forms of cooperation and communication techniques have been finalised.
