Bakalaura darba mērķis bija noskaidrot, ar kuru no līderības stiliem korelē narcisms un tā dimensijas. Pētījumā piedalījās 51 organizāciju vadītājs Latvijā, no kuriem 19 bija vīrieši un 32 sievietes. Respondentu vecuma diapazons – no 21 līdz 70 gadiem (M = 41,67, SD = 13,55). The aim of the bachelor's thesis was to find out which of the leadership styles correlate with narcissism and its dimensions. The study involved 51 leaders of organizations in Latvia, 19 of whom were men and 32 women. The age range of the respondents was from 21 to 70 years (M = 41.67, SD = 13.55). To obtain the required data, the level of narcissism was measured using the Narcissistic Personality Inventory (NPI) and the leadership style was determined by the Leadership Assessment Survey. The obtained results show that the transactive leadership style positively correlates with two scales of narcissistic personality traits – the scale of superiority and the scale of entitlement. Transformative leadership style negatively correlates with the scale of entitlement.
