Abstract

Bakalaura darba autors – Zahars Siņevolnovs. Bakalaura darba tēma - Izglītības iestādes vadības iesaiste mobinga novēršanā starp 7.–9. klašu skolēniem krīzes situācijā. Pētījuma mērķis – izpētīt izglītības iestādes vadības iesaisti mobinga novēršanā skolā starp 7.-9. klašu skolēniem krīzes situācijā. Izvēlētā bakalaura darba tēma ir aktuāla, jo pasaulē aptuveni katrs trešais bērns skolā piedzīvo citu bērnu iebiedēšanu jeb pret sevi vērstu mobingu, to apstiprina arī autora pētījums, kas rāda, ka 33% no skolēniem pēdējo 12 mēnešu laikā ir saskārušies vai redzējuši pret kādu no skolniekiem, vērstu mobingu. Lai samazinātu un novērstu mobingu skolā, ir būtiski, lai izglītības iestādes vadība un pedagogi iesaistītos mobinga novēršanā. Bakalaura darbs uzrakstīts uz 60 lappusēm, tas ietver 40 attēlus, izmantoti 78 literatūras avoti, pievienoti 6 pielikumi. The aim of the research is to study the involvement of the management of the educational institution in the prevention of mobbing in the school between 7-9. classes for students in a crisis situation. The chosen topic of the bachelor's thesis is topical, because about one in three children in the world experiences bullying or mobbing of other children at school, which is also confirmed by the author's research, which shows that 33% of students have encountered or seen one of the students in the last 12 months, directed mobbing. In order to reduce and prevent mobbing at school, it is essential that the management and educators of the educational institution are involved in the prevention of mobbing. The bachelor's thesis is written on 60 page, it contains 40 pictures, 78 literature sources are used, 6 appendices are added.
