Bakalaura darba tēma - “Jauniešu motivācija nodarboties ar fiziskajām aktivitātēm Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka Covid-19 pandēmijas noteiktie ierobežojumi, kas ietekmē jauniešu motivāciju nodarboties ar fiziskajām aktivitātēm. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt jauniešu motivāciju fizisko aktivitāšu veikšanā Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā. Lai sasniegtu darbā izvirzīto mērķi, autore analizējusi zinātnisko literatūru par fizisko aktivitāšu nozīmi jauniešu dzīvē, jauniešu motivāciju fiziskajām aktivitātēm, motivācijas sfēras izmaiņām Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā. Empīriskajā pētījuma daļā pētīta jauniešu motivācija nodarboties ar fiziskajām aktivitātēm Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā, izmantojot aptaujas metodi un intervijas. Pētījuma aptaujā piedalījās 62 jaunieši, vecumā no 15 līdz 19 gadiem, intervijā pieci sporta jomas speciālisti. Pamatojoties uz darbā veikto literatūras analīzi un empīrisko pētījumu rezultātiem, darbs noslēdzas ar praktiskiem ieteikumiem un secinājumiem. Rezultāti parāda, ka lielākajai daļai jauniešu ir trūkusi motivācija nodarboties ar fiziskajām aktivitātēm Covid-19 pandēmijas laikā. The tittle of the bachelor's thesis is “Motivation of young people to engage in physical activities in the Covid -19 pandemic”. The topicality of the topic is determined by the restrictions set by the Covid-19 pandemic, which affect the motivation of young people to engage in physical activities. The aim of this study is to investigate the motivation of young people to perform physical activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. In order to achieve the goal set in the work, the author has analyzed the scientific literature on the importance of physical activity in the lives of young people, young people's motivation for physical activity, changes in the sphere of motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic. The empirical part of the study examines the motivation of young people to engage in physical activity during the Covid-19 pandemic, using a survey method and interviews. 62 young people aged 15 to 19 participated in the survey, and five sports specialists were interviewed. Based on the analysis of the literature and the results of empirical research, the work concludes with practical recommendations and conclusions. The results show that most young people lack the motivation to engage in physical activity during the Covid-19 pandemic. The bachelor's thesis contains of 64 pages, consists of 3 chapters, 3 supplement. Keywords: youth, physical activity, motivation.
