Basketbolā pielietotās aizsardzības metodes un tās ieguvumi spēles laikā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Basketbolā pielietotās aizsardzības metodes un tās ieguvumi spēles laikā”. Darba izstrādē tika definēts mērķis: apkopot teoriju par basketbolā izmantotajām aizsardzības metodēm Ramirent Nacionālā basketbola līgas komandās, kādus ieguvumus gūst komanda izmatojot un pielietojot vairākas aizsardzības metodes. Apkopot aizsardzības metodes un izstrādāt ieteikumus. Darba teorijas daļā tiek apskatītas basketbolā pielietotās aizsardzības metodes, to ieguvumi un pielietošana komandās. Darba pētnieciskā daļas izstrādē tika izmantota basketbola spēļu analīze, kas ir pieejama Latvijas Basketbola savienības Youtube kontā, kā arī spēles statistikas analizēšana un intervijas ar basketbola treneriem no Ramirent Nacionālās basketbola līgas.
