Piespēles pilnveidošana 10. - 11. gadus veciem futbolistiem, maza izmēra spēlēs.

Abstract

Darba mērķis ir pētīt un analizēt piespēles pilnveidošanu 10 – 11 gadīgiem puišiem ar maza izmēra futbola spēlēm. Mērķis ir izveidot vingrinājuma kompleksu, kas sekmētu piespēles precizitāti sacensībās. Pētot un analizējot puišu fiziskos, psiholoģiskos, tehniku ietekmējošos faktorus, pielāgot speciālos vingrinājumus un treniņprocesu pirms sezonas sagatavošanās periodā, tā, lai tas neietekmētu treniņa procesa mikro ciklu.

The aim of the work is to study and analyze the improvement of passing for 10 - 11 year old boys with small football games. The goal is to create an exercise complex that would enhance the accuracy of the pass in the competition. By studying and analyzing the physical, psychological, technical factors influencing the boys, to adjust the special exercises and the training process in the pre-season preparation period, so that it does not affect the micro-cycle of the training process.
