Organizācijas kultūras pilnveides iespējas Pumpuru vidusskolā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Organizācijas kultūras pilnveides iespējas Pumpuru vidusskolā” autore Ieva Šleinere pēta Pumpuru vidusskolas organizācijas kultūru un sniedz priekšlikumus tās pilnveides iespējām. Darba mērķis ir pētīt organizācijas kultūru Pumpuru vidusskolā, izstrādāt priekšlikumus tās pilnveides iespējām. Pētījuma uzdevumi 1. analizēt zinātnisko literatūru par organizācijas kultūras nozīmi izglītības iestādē, 2. pētīt organizācijas kultūru Pumpuru vidusskolā, 3. analizēt gūtos rezultātus, izstrādājot secinājumus un ieteikumus organizācijas kultūras pilnveides iespējām Pumpuru vidusskolā. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, teorētiskās daļas, empīriskā daļas, secinājumiem, priekšlikumiem, literatūras saraksta un pielikumiem. Darba teorētiskajā daļā autore pēta vadībzinātnes literatūru par organizācijas kultūru, analizē organizācijas kultūras teorētisko pamatojumu, salīdzina pedagogu un vadības zinātnes teorētiķu atziņas par organizācijas kultūras veidošanas iespējām. Empīriskā pētījuma daļā darba autore izklāsta pētījuma veikšanas metodiku, tajā izmantotajām metodēm un raksturo pētījumā iesaistītās Pumpuru vidusskolas respondentu sniegtos atbilžu rezultātus. Darba noslēgumā autore sniedz secinājumus un priekšlikumus organizācijas kultūras pilnveides iespējām Pumpuru vidusskolā. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 50 lapas, tajā ietvertas 2 tabulas, 23 attēli, pielikums un literatūras avoti.

In the bachelor's thesis "Possibilities for Improving Organizational Culture in Pumpuri Secondary School", the author Ieva Šleinere studies the organizational culture of Pumpuri Secondary School and provides suggestions for its improvement. The aim of the work is to study the culture of the organization in Pumpuri Secondary School, to develop proposals for its improvement. Research tasks 1. to analyze the scientific literature on the importance of organizational culture in an educational institution, 2. to study the organizational culture in Pumpuri Secondary School, 3. to analyze the obtained results, developing conclusions and recommendations for the improvement of organizational culture in Pumpuri Secondary School. The bachelor's thesis consists of an introduction, theoretical part, empirical part, conclusions, proposals, bibliography, and appendices. In the theoretical part of the work, the author studies the management literature on organizational culture, analyzes the theoretical basis of organizational culture, compares the findings of pedagogues and management science theorists about the possibilities of organizational culture. In the part of the empirical research, the author describes the methodology of the research, the methods used in it and describes the results of the answers provided by the respondents of the Pumpuri Secondary School involved in the research. At the end of the work, the author provides conclusions and suggestions for the improvement of organizational culture in Pumpuri Secondary School. The volume of the bachelor's thesis is 50 pages, it includes 2 tables, 23 figures, an appendix and literature sources.
