Pārmaiņu vadīšana X vispārējās izglītības iestādē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba autore ir Latvijas Universitātes, Pedagoģijas, psiholoģijas un mākslas fakultātes, pilna laika klātienes, programmas „Izglītības darba vadītājs un viena mācību priekšmeta skolotājs” studente Jūlija Morgunova. Bakalaura darba vadītāja ir Latvijas Universitātes, Biznesa, vadības un ekonomikas fakultātes Vadībzinātnes nodaļas Docente Dr.sc.admin. Antra Līne. Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Pārmaiņu vadīšana X vispārējās izglītības iestādē”. Pārmaiņu vadīšanas process organizācijā ir nozīmīgs izvirzīto mērķu sasniegšanai. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt pārmaiņu vadīšanu X vispārējā izglītības iestādē. Bakalaura darba mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi -zinātniskās literatūras analīze par pārmaiņu īstenošanu iestādē; -teorijas izpēte par darbinieku pretestību pārmaiņu procesā; -aprakstošās statistikas metode – datu sistematizēšana un grafiska attēlošana. Darba struktūra- darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un praktiskās daļas. Bakalaura darba izstrādāšanai pielietoti dažādi paņēmieni, analīzes veidi un pētījuma metodes: 1. Teorētiskā pētījuma metode - zinātniskās literatūras un digitālo materiālu analīze; 2. Empīriskās pētījuma metodes – anketēšana; 3. Datu apstrādes metodes – matemātiski statistiskās metodes. Bakalaura darba ietvaros izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumus. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 51 lappuses, neieskaitot pielikumus, no tiem ievietoti 19 attēli, 7 tabulas un 1 pielikums. Atslēgas vārdi: pārmaiņu vadīšanas process, personāla reakcija, pārmaiņu pretestība, vadītāja loma.

Topic of bachelor thesis is “Change management in X general education institution”. The process of managing change in an organization is important for achieving the set goals. To achieve the goal of the bachelor’s thesis, the following tasks were set – to research change management in X general education institution. The following tasks were set to achieve the goal of the bachelor's thesis: -analysis of scientific literature on change in the institution of implementation -esearch of the theory of employee resistance in the process of change; -method of descriptive statistics - systematization and graphical representation of data. To develop bachelor’s thesis were used various techniques, types of analysis and research methods: Theoretical research method: -analysis of scientific literature and digital materials; -empirical research methods – questionnaire; -data processing methods – mathematical statistical methods. The volume of the bachelor’s thesis is 51 pages, not including appendices. The work includes 19 figures, 7 tables and 1 appendix.
