Garšas, uztverto risku, uzticēšanās un attieksmes pret dabu saistības ar krāna un pudeļu ūdens patēriņu Rīgas iedzīvotāju vidū

Abstract

Pieaugošs pudeļu ūdens patēriņš klimatu pārmaiņu kontekstā ir aktuāls, jo saistīts ar nelietderīgu resursu izmantojumu un piesārņojumu. Garša, uztvertie riski un uzticēšanās tiek norādīti kā galvenie faktori, kas ietekmē dzeramā ūdens izvēli. Šī darba mērķis bija saprast, kādas saistības pastāv starp šiem faktoriem, attieksmi pret dabu un krāna un pudeļu ūdens patēriņu dažādajās situācijās. Korelatīvi aprakstošā pētījuma rezultāti ar 257 respondentu dalību liecina, ka pozitīvs krāna ūdens garšas novērtējums cieši korelē ar ūdens kā drošu patēriņā vērtējumu un uzticēšanos ūdens piegādes sistēmā. Visnozīmīgākais izvēli ietekmējošais faktos ir uztvertie riski. Kopumā faktori izskaidro ~30% no krāna un pudeļu ūdens patēriņa. To nozīmē būtiski mainās, mainoties ūdens patēriņa vietai.

The growing consumption of bottled water in the context of climate change is important due to the wasteful use of resources and pollution. Taste, perceived risks and trust have been found to be the main factors influencing the choice of drinking water. The aim of this work was to understand the relationship among these factors, attitude towards nature and tap and bottled water consumption in different situations. The results of the correlative descriptive study with the participation of 257 respondents show that the taste of tap water has strong correlation with preceived risks and trust in the water supply system. The most significant factors influencing the choice are the perceived risks. The three factors explain about 30% of tap and bottled water daily consumption, but their significance change a lot with the place of the consumption.
