Greizsirdība, pašvērtējums, seksuālā apmierinātība dažādās dzimumu un seksuālās orientācijas grupās

Abstract

Maģistra darba mērķis ir atrast saistības starp greizsirdību, pašvērtējumu un seksuālo apmierinātību, atšķirības starp dzimumiem un seksuālām orientācijām. Izlasi veido 436 respondenti vecumā no 18 līdz 61 gadam, no kuriem 360 ir sievietes un 76 vīrieši, 374 ir heteroseksuāli un 62 homoseksuāli. Darbā tika izmantotas Multidimensionālā greizsirdības skala (Multidimensional jealousy scale (MJS), Pfeiffer, S.M., & Wong, P.T., 1989), Rozenberga pašcieņas aptauja (Rosenberg self-esteem scale, Rosenberg, 1965) un Seksuālas apmierinātības aptauja (The Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire, Nomejko, A., Dolińska-Zygmunt, G., 2014). Iegūtie rezultāti parāda, ka greizsirdībai pastāv statistiski nozīmīga negatīva saistība ar pašcieņu un seksuālo apmierinātību. Pastāv statistiski nozīmīgas atšķirības emocionālās greizsirdības izpausmēs dzimumu un orientāciju starpā.

The aim of this master’s thesis is to find the correlations between jealousy, self-esteem and sexual satisfaction, differences between genders and sexual orientations. The study’s sample is made up of 436 respondents aged 18-61, of whom 360 are female and 76 male, 374 are heterosexual and 62 are homosexual. The Multidimensional jealousy scale (MJS) (Pfeiffer, S.M., & Wong, P.T., 1989), Rosenberg self-esteem scale (Rosenberg, 1965) and The Sexual Satisfaction Questionnaire (Nomejko, A., Dolińska-Zygmunt, G., 2014) were used in the study. The results show that jealousy has a statistically significant negative relationship with self-esteem and sexual satisfaction. There are statistically significant differences in the expression of emotional jealousy between genders and sexual orientations.
