Pētījuma mērķis bija izpētīt stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģijas un akadēmiskās pašefektivitātes saistības vidusskolas skolēniem attālināto mācību apstākļos. Datu ievākšanai izmantota “Akadēmiskās pašefektivitātes aptauja” (Academic Selfefficacy Scale, Sachitra &Bandara, 2017), “Stresa pārvarēšanas MACS aptauja” (Sigrun Sveinbjornsdottir, Einar Baldvin Thorsteinsson 2014) un “Attieksme pret attālinātajām mācībām”, kuru adaptējusi A. Krišjāne (Krišjāne, 2021). Pētījuma pirmajā mērījumā, attālināto mācību laikā, piedalījās 350 respondenti, vecumā no 16 līdz 18 gadiem. Pētījuma otrajā mērījumā, atsākoties klātienes mācībām, piedalījās 69 respondenti, vecumā no 17 līdz 18 gadiem. The following diploma aimed to explore coping strategies and the correlation between academic self - efficaccy of secondary school pupils in conditions of distanced learning. The data collection was based on the “Academic Self-Efficiency Scale” (Sachitra & Bandara, 2017), the “MACS Stress Management Coping Survey” (Sigrun Svein-bjornsdottir, Einar Baldvin Thorsteinsson 2014) and the survey “Attitudes towards Distance Learning” developed by Indonesian students and adapted by A. Krišjāne (Krišjāne, 2021). The first measurement of the study, carried out during the distanced learning period, involved 350 respondents, ages between 16 and 18. The second measurement of the study, carried out during the onsite learning period, involved 69 respondents, ages between 16 and 18. The results of the study show that there are significant differences between the onsite and distanced learning. The distanced learning scored higher when it came to academic selfefficacy, self-care, social support, although the reflection scale in the second measurement was lower than in the first measurement. Furthermore, the results of the study imply that there is correlation between academic self-efficiency, self-care and support-seeking in both onsite face-to-face and distanced learning conditions. There is also a significantly negative correlation between self-efficacy and unacceptable behaviour in the onsite face-to-face learning environment.
