Research aimed to analyse the relationship between pedagogues’ psychological well-being, resilience, and stress in the work environment and to determine the factors which predict pedagogues’ well-being related to resilience and stress in the work environment. Research questions - is there a relationship between pedagogues' psychological well-being, resilience, and stress in the work environment and what are the predicting factors of pedagogues’ psychological well-being related to resilience and stress in the work environment. Conclusions: There is a statistically significant strong positive correlation between pedagogues' psychological well-being and resilience, but there is a negative correlation between psychological well-being and stress in the work environment. Resilience is the most important factor in predicting pedagogues' psychological well-being. Among the resilience factors, the most important factor, which predicts psychological well-being, is social competence. Among the work stressors, the most important predictors of psychological well-being are organizational restrictions.
