Abstract

Diplomdarba “Foto un grafikas sintēze grāmatu ilustrācijās” mērķis ir izveidot ilustrēta atziņu krājuma dizainu, pamatojoties uz teorētisko un empīrisko pētījumu. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek apskatīts fotogrāfijas un grafikas ieskats vēsturē un attīstībā, to lietojums grāmatu dizainā, fotogrāfijas vizuāli stilistiskie aspekti, grafikas tehnikas ilustrācijās, fotogrāfijas un grafikas sintēze, kā arī kritēriji tās veiksmīgai izveidošanai. Empīriskajā daļā tiek veikta 20 ilustrētu atziņu krājumu paraugu analīze un noskaidrotas foto un grafikas sintēzes raksturīgākās iezīmes. Ņemot vērā teorētiskajā un empīriskajā pētījumā iegūto informāciju, tiek izstrādāts ilustrēts atziņu krājuma dizains.

The aim of the “Synthesis of photos and graphics in book illustrations” diploma work is to create an illustrated design for quote collection based on theoretical and empirical research. The theoretical part looks at photo and graphic insights into history and development, their use in book design, visual stylistic aspects of photography, graphic illustrations, photo and graphic synthesis, and the criteria for their successful creation. In the empirical part, a sample analysis of 20 illustrated books is carried out and the characteristics of photo and graphic synthesis are identified. On the basis of the information obtained from the theoretical and empirical study, an illustrated design for quote collection is developed.
