Neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības sniegšana Ārkārtas stāvokļa laikā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā: “Neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības sniegšana ārkārtas stāvokļa laikā” pētīti tādi jautājumi kā neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības tiesiskais tvērums, tostarp neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības vēsture, Latvijas Republikas Satversmes 111. pantā ietvertā medicīniskā palīdzības minimuma saturs un tā saistība ar neatliekamo medicīnisko palīdzību. Tā pat tiek aplūkots, vai un kāda ir atšķirība starp ārkārtas stāvokli, ārkārtēju situāciju un izņēmuma stāvokli, kā arī aprakstīta neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības sniegšanas problemātika ārkārtas stāvokļa laikā. Darbā ir veikta nacionālo un starptautisko normatīvo aktu izpēte, kas saistīti ar ārkārtējo stāvokli un veselības aprūpes nodrošināšanu valstī. Tā pat ir veikta teorijas, Satversmes tiesas un Eiropas Cilvēktiesību tiesas pausto atziņu analīze saistībā ar neatliekamo medicīnisko palīdzību.

The bachelor's thesis: “Provision of emergency medical care during an emergency situation” examines such issues as the legal scope of emergency medical care, including the history of emergency medical care, the content of the minimum medical care included in Article 111 of The Constitution of the Republic of Latvia and its connection with emergency medical care. It is considered whether and what is the difference between an emergency, an emergency situation and a state of emergency, as well as the problem of providing emergency medical care during an emergency situation. The research of national and international normative acts related to the state of emergency and the provision of health care in the country has been carried out. An analysis of the theory, the findings of the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights was even carried out.
