Prokurora protests kriminālprocesā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Prokurora protests kriminālprocesā”. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt prokurora protesta institūtu Latvijas kriminālprocesa tiesībās un ārpus tās, noskaidrot būtību un nostiprināt izpratni, aplūkot prokurora protesta veidus un to tiesisko reglamentāciju Latvijas tiesību sistēmā, apskatīt un analizēt tiesu praksi, kas ir saistīts ar prokurora protesta tiesību jautājumiem kriminālprocesā. Bakalaura darba pētniecībās bāze sastāv no vadošo krimināltiesību zinātnieku zinātniskajiem rakstiem, zinātniskām publikācijām par pētījuma tēmu, tika analizēti normatīvie akti, kā arī dažādu instanču tiesu nolēmumi, tiesu prakse un publiski pieejamie statistiskie dati. Bakalaura darba pētījums būt lietderīgs un interesants tiesību zinātnes studentiem, kā arī pētniekiem, prokuroriem un visiem citiem tiesību zinātnes jomas interesentiem.

The topic of the Bachelor 's thesis is “Prosecutor's protest in criminal proceedings”. The aim of the work is to study the institute of prosecutor protest in Latvian criminal procedure law and beyond, to find out the essence and strengthen understanding, to look at the types of prosecutor protest and their legal regulation in the Latvian legal system, to review and analyze court practice related to prosecutor protest law issues in criminal proceedings. The base of bachelor's thesis research consists of scientific articles of leading criminal law scholars, scientific publications on the research topic, normative acts were analyzed, as well as court rulings of various instances, court practice and publicly available statistical data. Bachelor's thesis research can be useful and interesting for law students, as well as researchers, prosecutors and all other people interested in the field of law.
