Partnerattiecības likuma nepieciešamība Latvijas sabiedrībā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs ir veltīts partnerattiecību likuma iniciatīvas institūtam, lai saprastu likumprojekta nepieciešamību Latvijā, noskaidrojot termina “ģimene” un “partnerattiecības” kopīgās pazīmes un salīdzināt partnerattiecības ar laulības institūtu, kā arī izvērtēt argumentus partnerattiecību likuma nepieciešamību vai atstāt Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un izanalizēt ģimenes institūtu, noskaidrojot termina “ģimene” skaidrojumu un elementus. Izvērtēt partnerattiecības un laulība, salīdzinot tiesiskos regulējumus, ko valsts nodrošina un saprast vai partnerattiecību likums ir alternatīvs salīdzinoši ar pagaidu tiesiskajiem regulējumiem, ko valsts nodrošina fiziskai personai. Lai sasniegtu bakalaura darba mērķi, autore veica ģimenes institūta un no tā izrietošā laulības institūta analīzi, kā arī partnerattiecību jēdziena analīzi un likumprojekta nepieciešamību Latvijā. Darba noslēgumā autore nonāca pie secinājumiem un izvirzīja savus priekšlikumus.

The work of the bachelor is dedicated to the partnership law initiative institute to understand the necessity of the draft law in Latvia by clarifying the common features of the term “family” and “partnership” and comparing the partnership with the marriage institute, as well as evaluating the arguments for the necessity of the partnership law or leaving The job aims to explore and analyze the family institute by clarifying the explanation and elements of the term “family.” Assess partnerships and marriage by comparing the legal frameworks that the State provides and understands whether the partnership law is an alternative compared to the temporary legal frameworks that the State provides to a natural person. In order to achieve the objective of the bachelor's work, the author performed an analysis of the family institute and the resulting marriage institute, as well as an analysis of the concept of partnership and the necessity of the draft law in Latvia. At the end of the work, the author came to the conclusions and put forward her proposals.
